VERY UPSET WITH FEARLESS DENTAL AND DR. MARTIN POOR WORK DENTAL IMPLANTS THAT FELL OUT AFTER ONE AND HALF YEARS NO HELP TO RESOLVE THE POOR WORK OFFICE NO HELP SENT ME TO ANOTHER DENTIST NOW ANOTHER CHARGE .....DON'T USE THIS OFFICE !!!!!! DESOTO.TX

I had been using Dr. Martin at Fearless Dental for about three years. The last visit will be my Last visit with this dentist. I was overcharged for a wisdom tooth extraction , that went unnoticed until my insurance carrier ( Aetna) brought it to my Attention. I contacted the office and the lady immediately begins with ,” we have not received payment from your insurance “. This outfit is concerned about one thing....money. They will call and hound you If you’re five minutes late for appointment.

I have visited Dr. Martin at least 6-7 times in the last 2 years for cleaning, root canal and crown. I had never had a root canal but had a crown before. Dr. Martin and his staff are very good as well as professional. I never experienced any pain or discomfort during any of the procedures I had done here and am very confident I am getting the best care possible. I would recommend Dr. Martin to any and everyone.

Had two root canals done by Dr Martin. I was still experiencing pain so I went back to him. He said it was normal, which I knew was incorrect. I've had numerous root canals in the past so I knew this wasn't right. Eight months later I went to another dentist. She told me that the two root canals only had three canals cleaned out, and that one of the canals had a broken file lodged in it. Dr Martin did sub-standard work. He's more concerned with volume of work rather than quality.

Dr. Martin is amazing and his work is perfection! He kept me completely calm and relaxed through an extensive procedure. He took the time to really listen and address all of my questions and concerns. I will be a patient for life!
