Exam went very well. Picking out glasses at Pearle that shares his office didn’t go well. Waited an hour for help. The one associate spent an hour with one customer. I finally gave up. It was blessing. I bought my glasses on Zenni much faster and cheaper even without using insurance that I could have used at Pearle.

Dr. Rosenberg was punctual, friendly, knowledgable, efficient, and informative.

I reached at 12.35 for a 12.30 appointment. Doctor was in rush for something so everything was in a rush. I would not recommend anybody for an appointment at that time. If a doctor is running late we need to wait, so did the 5 mins delay really upset his schedule?

Dr. Rosenberg was very thorough, found the cause of my dry eyes, recommended treatment and I have a follow up appointment in two weeks to see if the treatment is helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My eye exam was very good. I had several questions and Dr. Rosenberg took the time to answer them and even provided additional information beyond my initial inquiries. Very professional, and personable experience. I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing any eye care treatment/exams.

The receptionist, Pam, is so friendly on the phone & she always helps me with getting me in for an appointment whether it’s a scratched cornea or if I can only come in at a certain time bec of the kids. Friendly and knowledgeable. Staff were helpful upon arrival. Was able to order contacts before I left to complete my visit.

My eye appointment was better then expected. Dr Rosenberg was very thorough throughout the appointment and took the time to respond to all my questions and concern’s. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Rosenberg is so nice. His voice is soft and calm, he is very approachable. He answered my many many questions. I am so glad that I made the switch and go to him.

Dr. Rosenberg is an excellent eye doctor. He explains complex medical issues in simple layperson terms. He's very compassionate and very smart.

My experience started off with the office administrator greeting me and brief overview of what to expect during my first visit. Very good experience. Everybody was nice and friendly

Alan is always fun see abs he is excellent in his profession. The glasses side bends over backwards to try to keep your purchase as close to what your employer plan covers.

Paul was AWESOME!! Dr. Fitts was very knowledgeable and caring. We all really liked her.

Dr. Rosenberg is very friendly and his staff are caring and welcoming.

Safe and quick and easy. Went right in and was able to discuss my concerns about what I wanted in my new glasses and the Doctor gave me exactly what I needed. Friendly and very polite. Won't go anywhere else.

Our office visit was prompt and efficient. The doctor took his time to ask the questions to see what he could do to make our vision better.

I am not going to rate the doctor 1 star because I had been a patient **over 10 years** until the latest unfortunate incident. I called to make my next eye exam. I was told that the doctor was unhappy with the amount paid by my BCBS plan last time and she would have to check if he would accept it and get back to me. She did not. When I called back I was told that he does not accept my plan. I said that he shows up in network and was told "we do not accept all BCBS." So basically the doctor is telling BCBS he wants to be in network and will accept the people they insure and then in practice selectively rejects patients for whom he is in network. The doctor benefits overall from being in the BCBS network even if he is not happy with a specific charge. That is fine. Leave the network. I have advised my BCBS plan as to the details of this incident, and maybe they will address it appropriately. I am moving on. After **over 10 years** I am just brushed off by the rude staff as not taking insurance the doctor has agreed to accept. The main thing though is that if you are going to choose a BCBS plan because Dr. Rosenberg shows up in network, be warned he is not necessarily so in practice. I am moving on, and my final goodbye is to warn people about the apparent unethical financial policies of this office.
