Absolutely another amazing experience here... From from office, to the xray tech Tina and Lawrence to Dr. Saperstein... Thank you so much.

On Feb 1 I had anterior approach hip replacement surgery on my right hip, after suffering for several years from terrible hip pain caused by osteoarthritis. I am still recovering from the surgery, but so far, I am amazed at my quick recovery and good pain management. Dr Saperstein did a wonderful job with my surgery, especially since I have mild scoliosis, which caused my leg lengths to be unequal for most of my life (which contributed to my right hip osteoarthritis). During my surgery, he carefully measured my leg lengths. Based on his measurements, he decided that no leg length adjustments were necessary before adding the new hip joint. Most likely my right femur became shorter over the years due to the imbalanced weight on my right leg. Now that I am able to walk without a walker, it's amazing to feel my legs finally in balance! I highly recommend Dr. Saperstein for hip replacement surgery!

I just had total knee replacement. Dr Saperstein did an amazing job. He made me feel comfortable because he was honest and to the point. The staff especially Robin are helpful attentive and always doing their best

Dr. Saperstein is the best surgeon in Boca Raton. I had the best experience with my left knee replacement. He is very professional, has good manners and is attentive. I just had my first consult with Dr Saperstein. This is my second knee replacement consult and the difference was night and day. Dr. Saperstein answered most of my questions in his explanation of the procedure, process and risks/benefits. The few other questons I had, he fully answered (with one, he said he would get back to me). He was courteous, professional, direct, and not cocky or dismissive. This was quite a contrast to my first consult - even though that doctor is "well respected", his manner and lack of explanation did not give me confidence. I will seek one more consult, but am about 95% sure I will be scheduling with Dr. Saperstein. He is impressive and clearly knows his stuff.

Dr Saperstein has done a hip repair on both my wife and I . I would rate him as a top notch surgeon with terrific bedside manor. You'll be lucky to have him operate on you.

If you ever call this office and a girl named Rosa answers, do yourself a favor and hang up and call again to get someone else! Totally no patient concern! The place is a factory and they have no regard for your time. A 11:00 appointment means 12:30 to them. Then you get to wait another 15 minutes in an examination room. I urge you to see anyone else than Dr. Saperstein. I would not ever recommend this doctor. He loves to display his status as the physician for FAU football...now I can see why they play so poorly. I've been fortunate enough to have had Dr. Saperstein be the othopod who has performed both of my knee surgeries. He trimmed the meniscus in my left knee arthroscopically when I was 25, and told me there was a 75% chance the right would follow suit. He was correct. At age 30 he Fixed the right, and today I've never been running better. I'm a washed up athlete, and at this point I view him as the only mechanic that can keep the car running. 5 stars, would let him operate again ???? Had total knee replacement with Dr. Saperstein. Don’t know enough superlatives to express my feelings. Him and his staff have been exceedingly professional, efficient and kind. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Saperstein is a brilliant surgeon. He is pleasant and the consummate professional. I had pages of questions before my hip surgery and he answered them all, in an easy to understand manner. The surgery went beautifully. Dr. Saperstein recommended the anterior approach. My incision is small and healing quickly. In less than 3 weeks, I was walking without any walker or cane AND NO PAIN! My pain level was never higher than a 4 post-surgery, and it was a consistent 7 to 8 before surgery, with occasional peaks of 10. Before surgery, I was only walking about 3,000 steps per day because of the pain and restriction of movement. At 25 days post-surgery, I am walking 8,000 steps a day, and driving. I highly recommend Dr. Saperstein.

Dr. Saperstein is an experienced surgeon who lacks both warmth and personality. Wait times are long; visits are short and impersonal. This I can overlook...what I can't ignore is using an assistant surgeon without first obtaining pre-authorization from my insurance company. Because of this, I received a $1680 surprise bill six months after surgery which required an 8 month, multi-level appeal process to resolve. All this could have been avoided had his office staff done their job. Worse still, Dr. Saperstein's response to all this was total indifference. Should future orthopedic issues arise, I shall most definitely seek care elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

I had my right hip replaced in April 2016 and was so happy. I was up and about and in PT in a week and got back quickly to an active lifestyle of biking and skiing pain free. Dr Saperstein is clearly a very competent and skilled surgeon and my results were excellent. 3 years later the osteoarthritis in my left hip advanced enough that I needed by left hip done. I went back to Dr Saperstein and had my left hip replaced July 2019 with the same excellent results. He is an excellent surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone. Saw Dr Saperstein for months of shoulder pain. I was seen promptly. He did an extremely thorough examination and concluded that I had a biceps tendinitis. He offered several treatment options but suggested an ultrasound guided steroid injection which he personally performed. I got immediate relief and I’ve been pain-free since. I could not be more satisfied with my care. I was very impressed with Dr. Saperstein’s skill and professionalism.

I have had a most gratifying history with Dr. Saperstein. In 2012 after moving to Boynton Beach I fell over one of the cement parking lot dividers common in Florida mall parking lots. Broke the Patella in my right knee. Saw me on emergency visit and recommended three alternatives and prospects of success for each. Did operation as soon as swelling went down. Chose wiring option which was and is still successful. In July 2019 needed a right knee replacement but day before operation fell and broke femur is same leg so did pin and screw to stabilize leg. During rehab when not fully healed fell on it again and shifted pin and screw. Did not heal incorrect position so had full hip replacement which now seems to be perfect. Next we go back to fix knee. Always patient, always knowledgeable and always competent.

I am pushing 90, and have had many orthopedic problems through these many years. But in all of them, I have never found a doctor more caring, efficient and knowledgeable than Dr. Saperstein. He is gentle and accurate in his treatment of his patients. I just recently had to see him after a period of several years. He had not changed one bit in his personality and his caring, efficient and getting right to the point of your problem. I would and have highly recommended him to friends.

I had to have a hip replacement at the age of 54. After visiting 11 orthopedic offices, Dr. Saperstein was the only doctor that promised me a normal life of activity post surgery. Within months, I was back in the saddle riding my horses every week. By the end of the year, I was skiing in the winter time, doing palates, barbell, purebarre, yoga, etc. with very few limitations. I am able to do splits and many ballet moves. I am only limited in curtsy lunges and running. I can highly recommend this doctor! If you want a normal life with legs that are the same length, no cane and no pain, go see him!

After seeing 11 other orthopedic surgeons, I chose Dr. Saperstein. He was the only doctor that offered me normal life post surgery. He also made my legs the same length, so I do not limp or need a cane. He was as good as his word. Within months I was horseback riding again. By the end of the year, I was snow skiing on blue runs, doing yoga, pilates and barbell classes. I have made a complete recovery and have very few limitations. I would see him and chose the anterior replacement option. He really takes his time and cares! I flew into Florida just to go to him.

Dr. Alan Saperstein, Orthopedist, performed implant surgery on both of my shoulders in 2008. Since then I have been pain free with full use of my arms. I recently visited Dr. Saperstein In his new office about a concern with one shoulder. He had it X-Rayed and assured me the implant was still good. Dr. Saperstein has always been very professional, cordial, interested in my concerns and problems and treated them very effectively. I highly recommend Dr. Alan Saperstein to anyone needing his services and know you will be very pleased with him.

Doctor is fine, but receptionist is nightmare!

Dr Lloyd is a 5 star ⭐️, my fiancé broke his foot at work and possible needs surgery. On both visits Dr Lloyd has been amazing and we are very comfortable with him. The front desk staff told us we could have him authorized with our insurance since he isn’t a workers comp doctor. After a days of phone calls his workers comp they approved Dr Lloyd to treat because of location to us and he is in the best interest patient care. Unfortunately after all the visits and calls to get him approved, Lori told us and workers comp that there not in network and declined the insurance request to treat and pay for services. Truly baffled why office said we can get him authorized, when we final get approval and they refuse to work or take payment from an insurance company. This office isn’t thinking of patient best interest and care, which is surprising to say that insurance company is thinking of his care to approve and willing to pay doctors office outside of network. Dr. Saperstein is excellent in every way and I think he is the top hip surgeon in South Florida. Dr. Saperstein is five stars, and then some. The hip surgery he performed on me was extremely complicated because of existing lower back issues. Aside from being a stellar surgeon, he is a kind, compassionate, caring, physician. Personally, I think the man is a genius. My hip is perfect now. I am 72 and I recommend him to you without hesitation. He is The Best.

Very disappointed and reporting them to the state- my insurance is accepted there and is in network. Cigna has asked for one file to process a claim. I have called that office for their illegal balance billing six times and they claim to have sent this file. Either way I am not responsible for this 180.00 Bill they continue to send me for in network zero deductible plan I pay a fortune for. Their office staff clearly is incompetent and they have zero issue balance billing against a ppo woth ZERO deductible. I’ve called and called and they blow it off. Shame on them! Dr. Lloyd saved my life. I was getting evaluated for surgery to fix a torn Achilles and he had a hunch that blood clots may be an issue; he was right. Thanks, Dr. Lloyd, and I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about seeing a fantastic ortho doc.

Dr. Salerstein may be good but his staff is totally incompetent cant get insurance paperwork done in timley basis. My insurance company called his office on a .inday to speak with someone about a mri that was requested and on thursday afternoon no one calked them back. I asked for my records and was told i needed to pay for them and that Dr. Saperstein had to approve the request. That requezt was made on thursday and today is Saturday and no reply from his staff. Find another practice.

Dr. Lloyd has been fantastic over the past five months since my accident. The waiting times to see the doctor are very reasonable. The examinations are very thorough and I don't feel that I'm being rushed through them. His support staff is excellent and I've never had a problem getting a follow up appointment.

Dr. Saperstein did my shoulder surgery and he is amazing! I rehab'ed my shoulder in 5 weeks instead of 3 months and he was so great throughout the process and pre/post surgery. Everyone in the practice was great and they have PT attached that is 5 star as well. The practice is so well run and the doctors really care about their patients and want to get you back out playing sports again! I am about to get a knee surgery with Dr. Bergman and feel 1000% confidence and no worries that all will go perfectly! Again, great practice and amazing surgeons!
