They cancelled our appointments the day of without warning because I didn’t answer their call to confirm. Have they not heard of people that work? To cancel our appointment simply because we didn’t answer is poor customer service. Then when I called back 15 minutes later they said it was too late, and were very rude about it. Been going to Dr Spector since I was a teenager Best dentist & staff is great

Dr. Spector and his staff are excellent. I recommend him to my family and friends. (I had an emergency and they accommodated me on very short notice. Dr. Spector was very gentle and explained everything up front)

Dr. Spector is not only a very competent practitioner but he is a a caring and truly nice person. His front office staff is friendly and competent as is his hygienist and dental assistant. I have been a patient for about fifteen years. I moved to Westchester two years ago but still make the trip to Queens to his office. I recommend Dr. Spector's practice without reservation

I think he is a very good dentist. He is gently and make sure his work is perfect I also like the hygienist she is very gently. I have changed a lot of dentist for a lot of different reasons the last one I had my teeth hurt for two weeks after cleaning she is the best I had.I also like the lady in the front she is nice.The assistance is okay too. I've been going to Dr. Spector my whole life. I don't ever want to go to another dentist. He is gentle and explains everything before he does it. Appointments are easy to make and they take you right away so you're not waiting around. I wouldn't trust my teeth to anyone else!

I have been going to Dr Spector for many years. The front desk is alway helpful in getting me an appointment when I need . Dr Spector is not only a good dentist he also explains what is need to be done . He is well liked by his patients . I would recommend him to my friends and family .

I was a new patient and the office and staff was great the young girl in the front Emily helped me so much and made me feel very comfortable she gave me all the information I needed and booked me the next day thank you Dr Spector and staff but thank you Emily you are great love the office

Dr. Spector is a nice guy with a kind smile and a friendly demeanor. Immediately puts you at ease. Knows his stuff. Experience shows. Nice office staff, as well.
