Excellent doctor and staff!

I'm quite sure that because I only have medicare insurance I have been treated as a 2nd rate citizen. 2 times I waited for an hour while 4 or 5 patients who came after me were seen before me. On my last visit Dr. Westheim didn't even remedy the situation which was very straight forward. In short I feel I been given sub par service because he doesn't feel he makes enough money with medicare. So this is his way of getting rid of me. I will no longer use him or recommend him.

Great Dr. Got a handle on my psoriasis quickly and returns calls promptly.

I called 3 months ago to make my appointment cause they told me when I called they're booked up to August so my appointments supposedly is on August 21,2017 at 9 a.m and I put it in my calendar and I even beg to my boss to take a day off for this but unfortunately they messed up my schedule instead of that date they put me on August 22.I was so upset and disappointed of their staff.In short...we can't rely on them.Its good that I called to confirmed today otherwise my time will be wasted!!

GREAT DOCTOR AND STAFF TAKES TIME TO EXPLAIN EACH PROCEDURE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The doctor is very efficient and caring. He will spend time with you and listen carefully to your problems. When he gets back test results he personally calls you quickly. The only problem I have had is since he has so many patients, there may be a long wait. I suggest you bring something to do.
