Multiple rescheduled/cancelled appointments. Dr. Fox does not care for his patients post-surgery. Him and his office failed to honor appointment scheduling forcing clients like myself to receive care from more capable ENT doctors in the south coast MA area.

Wrong clinic

Dr Fox had 'pinned" my ears for me. He did a good job but then Covid-19 came. Wearing a mask for 6-10 hrs a day became detrimental due to the mask pulling back my ears to original shape. This of course is not the Doc's fault but....wait until covid is long gone before you have this procedure. I can not afford to have this corrected and once again my self esteem is affected.???? Wonderful experience with amazing results

He fixed my nose because I couldn't breath

Could not have been happier wit the results and 8 years later still please

Went to St Luke's trauma Center. I fell and fracture my eye socket. He explained in detail what he was going to do, risks and possible results and did it. I still have sight in my eye, thankfully. Now it's on my body and healing. Also he has great bedside manners.

Dr Fox is very kind and respectful to patients. I have never known him to be arrogant or dismissive, he wants to help, not judge. In fact he is humble, genuine and he truly cares and wants patients to feel better and also better about themselves. He takes time to explain procedures and the importance of realistic expectations on a case by case basis. He is honest and wants patients to make informed decisions, and to be comfortable with their treatment options. I am glad that Dr. Fox decided to become a doctor, he uses his knowledge and surgical skills to help to improve physical problems and to restore function to better peoples lives, but he also uses his gift of compassion because he understands that is also an important componant in helping a person to accept and adjust to their own particular situation, and to heal. Dr. Fox is simply the best at what he does. I have had both minor and major work and the results have been fantastic due to excellent preprocedural and postprocedural care and advice. Not only that, the patient experience is the best I have ever encountered. Dr.Fox is the only person I will ever consider for any further work. I'm not even at the final result yet but its amazing. I love how he explains the exactly how he does the surgery he's going to do. He's so nice!

Dr Fox was very professional, personable, and patient. He was recommended by a friend and I am happy with the results of my procedure. Office staff - Sherry is awesome and OR staff is exceptional.

This review is about a year after my rhinoplasty. Dr. Fox is a fantastic surgeon. I had come to him to correct a nasal hump and was very pleased with the out come of my procedure. His staff is very nice and welcoming. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have rhinoplasty done. The office is easy to find with ample parking. It’s less than one quarter mile off 195 Faunce Corner exit. I did not wait more than five minutes for any appointments. The receptionist is kind, caring, and very patient with questions. Dr. Fox is kind, thorough, and careful. He explains everything really well as many times as you need. I highly recommend him without reservation.

Dr. Fox was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions before my surgery. I felt very prepared for my procedure. My incisions healed without problems and I had no scarring. The office and OR staff are wonderful.

Professional ...explains procedures I sought further info on.....good PT. interactions. Listens and is very personable.....exceptional

There great I loved it here and they tell u what there gonna do and what u should and shouldn’t do I love this place I can’t wait for my surgery I’m not scared anymore

He is the best, I do both fillers and lasers. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Albert Fox and practice, I have required medical help for issues involving my ears, nose,tongue and facial injuries, I have always been treated with respect and in a kind manner, that helps so much with stress levels and ability to communicate questions and fears. I have always been brought in promptly when an issue has arisen and examined thoroughly to diagnose the problem. Dr. Fox and practice care about improving the lives of their patients.

Dr. Fox is very a attentive and compassionate Dr.. He takes the time to listen, explain things and meet your needs.

Dr Fox knows his field well and gives you options available to you without stressing one or the other. He is well informed and extreming caring man. I had some complications after surgery and he came in at odd hours and weekends to check on me. I highly recommend him.
