I couldn't even schedule a appointment to get my teeth cleaned because they hardly ever answer the phone. When I did speak with a receptionist she mentioned she has to check something and will call me back. She never called back. I went ahead and booked my cleaning with a different office.

Thank God he helped my dad with covid, he gave him, ivermectin hydroxycloriquine (budesonide Levalbuteral) nebulizer treatments. And Dexamethason Azuthromycin. My dad is 66 and in pretty poor health, he's overweight and has a poor diet he said the nebulizer is helping his chest feel like it's not all clumped together. I give them this rating because I am a new patient and haven’t been to see them yet. Therefore I cannot say how good or bad their work is. HOWEVER I would rate them lower if I could because upon making my first appointment with them I had connected with a woman who sounded of Asian decent and when I didn’t have my dental insurance information she hung up on me. I called back with the name of my insurance company to see if she could at least get the numbers because I didn’t know how to get the info at the time. She hung up on me after saying call back when I find the info again. Almost 2 wks later I get the information from online and I call reluctantly, I get someone TOTALLY DIFFERENT and all I do is tell her my name, insurance company and I have an appointment. My first experience with the first dental receptionist made me want to go elsewhere. I may just do so after my appointment. Customer service is VERY important because it gives the customer an impression of the service they’re going to receive. They're good people. You can tell they actually care about their patients and want to do everything they can to help.

fine dentist - no nonsense. But, most kind and sincere christian team. love them - 30 years of care. Dr. does the cleaning himself.

Worst experience ever had with a dentist. Went for a general cleaning. Cleaning was done in less than 10 mins and no X-rays were taken. Not sure but my gums were swollen for next 4 days. They had very old equipment. I would avoid this place.
