Dr. Albert Yeo

Had an appointment with Albert Yeo, MD last summer to evaluate condition of a joint. I had been referred by internal medicine to see this specialist also had an Xray taken before the appointment. Dr. Yoe never presented the Xray during the appointment and after months of requesting the details of this Xray for my records and to view, I still have not seen it. The Xray is the critical piece of the appointment and the professional doctor should go over in detail. This appointment was several hundred dollars very little came from it. I did attend one visit with therapist and that was very good service. I was never offered in the months of my asking to have Dr. Yoe go over the Xray with me. This was more about money $$$ and going through the motions of being a healthcare provider. I am now waiting to receive the X-ray on disc. When I was waiting for compensation they sent this to collection and I still had not seen X-ray. Fairview says visit is coded correctly in a form letter.

Very impressed. Check in is on tablets. You can then pay your copay or deductibles from the tablet. Everybody at the front desk is very nice and goes out of their way to ensure the procedures are covered by insurance. I only waited a few minutes after checking in and completing the paperwork. The Dr. (Albert Yeo) was very thorough, explained everything in detail and did a very detailed examination of my knee. Will definitely recommend to others in the future.
