Worst experiences ever. Multiple fillings fell out multiple times. Rested her hands on my mouth while working causing lacerations in my inside lips. Referrals for extractions. The pain I went through from the botched work I'll never forget especially during the pandemic. You want someone who does excellent work and everything in house? Dan Walting is your guy. The place doesn't care about u or anyone..I called w a massive toothache face completely swollen n they didn't even attempt to try to help..turned me instantly away..what kind of dentist turns someone away w a absess??? NOT A GOOD 1!!!

Albin seems temperamental. Had a great extraction there, but on my return appointment, i've come to realize that it seems like he lacks the foresight to understand rudimentary aspects of dental care... like that people need teeth to chew. I guess he became frustrated after I asked him to grind down the top of the new filling he placed, since that tooth was hitting first and the bite felt uncomfortable. When he went to grind the second time, I felt a lot of pain on the left side of the tooth by the gum-line, which seemed strange at the time since that has nothing to do with the bite. You can see here how he malicious cut a line through the side of the tooth, and/or poke a hole into it. Medical Malpractice. Avoid going here at all costs. Albin seems temperamental. The worst dentist I've ever been to in my life. I want to start by saying first. I went in for a filling on my front tooth. The filling fell out the next day. I called the office to tell them what had happened. I specifically said " the filling I just got done fell out I would like to make an appointment to have it fixed" the Very rude ignorant secretary said there isnt any appointments available that I would have to call everyday to see if there's any openings or if she had an opening to get it fixed they would call. " NEVER CALLED" but, I kept calling and asking if there's been any openings to get it fixed yet. " again the secretary " VERY RUDE" told me nothing yet. "Finally" 3 weeks after the filling fell out i got an appointment. Which was Friday November 28th 2020 I went and was finally going to get the filling fixed. So, this is how it went. I get to the office. The dentist proceeds to stick the 2 novicaine needles on my bottom teeth. Mind you, the filling that they did fell out was on the top front" In my head im thinking "okay maybe she numbs it differently then other dentist".. NOPE she starts to drill at something on my bottom teeth. No where near the tooth that needs to be fixed. I jump up out of the chair horrified. This woman is doing work im not even there for. They sent me into a full blown anxiety attack. I couldn't beleive this is happening to me. Now om deathly afraid to go to the dentist. Especially if this so called secretary doesn't even share information with the dentist. It was her fault 100% she's the one who gives the dentist the charts for the appointments. She knew why I was there yet let this dentist proceed to do other work. Im in compete and udder shock that this happened to me. I really honestly don't know what to do. I just hope they used this as a lesson so they dont continue to hurt patients for absolutely no reason at all. I feel singled out. I love the dentist always a great job . Only want him when I go not assistant ever again.

Amazing place to go if you need dental work done. I had a cracked tooth for two years, saw 3 different dentists that wouldn’t fix it. I called Dr. Suseks office and they were more than happy to help me. Very nice, very clean. I’m very happy that after two whole years, I no longer have any tooth pain. I will not being going anywhere else.

My fiancée had been going there and the dentist is good but the receptionist should be fired. She is hands down one of the rudest people either of us have ever come in contact with. Shes constantly telling the fiancée to come in for appointments and every single time she goes in she gets told she wasn't scheduled for that day and slams her little window closed. Absolute worst dentist's office I've ever been too! the staff is rude and unhelpful, not sure how this place has a good rating, I would never recommend this dentist to anyone!

I have been going to Dr. Susek for over 20 years and he and his staff are so friendly. I had a problem with at tooth last year and on his day off he opened up the office just for me so I didn’t have to be in pain. Th Hygenist’s are very thorough at cleaning and taking to time to make sure our dental health is satisfactory. The assistant and front staff are also helpful. Love them a great office to go too!!
