Very impressed with Dr. Gaukhman! He and the staff at Boca Regional (Baptist Health) Orthopedic Group with a special shout out to Bethany (Surgical Coordinator). After five years of knee pain from arthritis and meniscus surgery, I was ready for knee replacement. Dr. Gaukhman is a great listener, he understood what I had done to this point. We scheduled, Bethany was instrumental in helping me get what was needed to be ready for "Surgery Day". I cannot emphasize how smooth and efficient Dr. Gaukhman and Bethany made the process of preparation for my wife and I. I am currently 5 weeks out from surgery and very well on the road to recovery and rehabilitation. I could not be any happier with the choice of Dr. Gaukhman!

Dr.Gaukhman did my partial knee replacement and I am very happy with the results. My surgery was at 8 AM and I was at home by 3 PM. Great surgeon and even better person. I can’t be happier with my new knee. Thank you again.

I can highly recommend Dr Gaukhman. He did my total knee replacement December 2022 and it was completely successful. He and his staff are responsive and caring taking time to respond to all questions and concerns.

Dr. Gaukhman & staff are wonderful. Everyone is polite and helpful with any issues I’ve come across. Dr. Gaukhman has done both of my knee replacements. He shows that he really cares and makes you feel comfortable. He listens to you and makes sure you are happy with the results. I am so glad he is my doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Gaukhman and this office. Thank you for taking care of me.

Dr. Gaukham is a fine, caring person and a very educated doctor. His credentials are superior and have made me feel very confident in everything he says or does. I had a full knee replacement 8 weeks ago and have reached the "standard goals" for recovery already. These include walking unaided and over 100° range of motion. Recovery is a long process and I still have mountains to climb, but everything done so far should meet long term expectations. The office and staff are always pleasant and efficient, and I rarely have even a few minutes wait to see the doctor.

I have a lot to be thankful for & Dr. Gaukhman went out of his way to help me help myself. I acted spoiled, difficult, & stubborn. I was absolutely terrified of surgery. Dr. Gaukhman confirmed that I required the surgery. I had already scheduled this operation with another surgeon & had such a bad experience. I was SO nice to that DR! I reported for surgery twice & ended up fleeing before I could be operated on. I didn't mean to waste anyone's time. Truth is, Surgeon #1 handled my case very irresponsibly. Dr. Gaukhman is a very gifted surgeon. I'm stunned at how well I am healing! I was able to read his notes on the surgery (after) & those notes made sense to me. I didn't understand all of the big medical words, but I could understand what was said! I also knew that the agonizing pain in my hip (mostly responsible for my terrible mood) was gone. Dr Gaukhman is fantastic. He was able to diagnose an issue in my leg quickly. More important, he listened to me and worked with me. Very patient with me as well. He has been spot on with my problems and is very helpful. I plan to have hip replacement within the year and trust him to do it

Dr Alexander Gaukhman, was fantastic, he explained everything to me and and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. He even came on a holiday weekend to check on me after surgery, when I’m sure he could have sent an assistant. I totally recommend him!

I was sent to Dr. Gaukhman as a second opinion from my regular Knee Surgeon. After my first appointment with him I felt like I was in good hands. I was admitted to the hospital that day and had surgery two days later. Through the whole process I felt more secure and confident in Dr. Gauhkman. After I was released from the hospital, I had a few bad experiences with a Home Nursing Company. Noelle, his nurse, went above and beyond to help me find a new Home Nursing Company. I had surgery with a plate installed on my right clavicle in Chicago. When I came to Florida for the season I went to this Orthopedic practice for the four week X-Rays. Unfortunately, I'd torn out the titanium plate screws from over exertion. If the Chicago surgeon had warned me how easy they come out I would have worn my arm sling more often. I was told it was more for comfort. Dr Gaukhman made the call that combined with a slight infection and the current thought that the plates aren't totally necessary he got me in for surgery within three days and removed it. I was concerned in not using it but I'm now 9 wks out still doing P/T and I'm doing pretty well. I believe he made the right call and I strongly recommend him plus he's a nice guy! Dr Gaukman did a great job on my mom's emergency hip operation. She has had a very quick recovery with neat well-heling scar. He was also very respectful of her personal decision not to accept any blood transfusion.
