Excellent reconstructive surgeon that I would highly recommend. I had bi-lateral mastectomies in 1998 and Dr Gougoutas did a very complicated removal of implants that had encapsulated, followed by a DIEP procedure. I was almost 69 and reluctant to have such a major surgery but the thought of no breasts was depressing. Dr Gougoutas guided me through the procedures skillfully and compassionately and I am so glad I did it. Results are beautiful and better yet, permanent.
