I have try to make an appointment by calling 4 times, it is true you can make an appointment online, so I did, at the end it said they will call me to confirm in 48 hours. Since the 7th of March No call or email.

Dr. Mount and the staff is very caring and knowledgeable about the care of patients and believe in what they do. I'm grateful to be under the his care. Very grateful!

Absolutely run! Horrible bedside manner, constant downplaying of pain. Self-contradictory. Seven month-long care for nothing, no results. In fact my foot is worse than when he saw me to begin with. Treatment for seven months and still no results. You’d be better off going to a farmer For auto mechanic services. Stay away. Front desk is extremely rude, hung up on me times, When I asked for test results. Had to get nerve testing done and even then the neurologist Dr. White made a Skeptical, face of warning when I told him I was seeing DR. Mount. Jekyll and Hyde. Run!!!! 7 months and my foot is worse then when I sough out care. Absolutely dismissive. Horrible bed side manor. Front desk is a nightmare. If you want foot and ankle care, this isn’t the place to go.

The first thing he says to me "I see you have been consulting Dr. Google." All I did was tell the disgruntal tech that checked me in is that I am having foot pain and I'm not sure if I have a bunion or not. Staff was not very professional & I am a health care provider myself

Foot&Ankle Specialists at the Johnston Willis Hospital is a very professional place, when the receptionist greets you with a smile and all other staff is friendly you know to be in the right place. Dr. Mount took time to explain my choices on how to work with my foot problem and gave me some immediate help. This clinic has exceptional service to it's patients! It's easy to tell that Dr. Mount has a true desire to help me with my injuries by creating a course of action and plan to heal over the next several months while being very personable!

I see Dr. Mount every 3 months to check my feet & toes for diabetes control. He has my nails cut & cleaned with a dermel. He also checks for any calluses & sores. Dr. Mount is very thorough & very personable. While he takes care of me we always have time to talk about family, vacations, etc.. I brought my daughter in to have her feet/ankles checked due to overuse in gymnastics. Dr. Mount made us both feel at ease and was very personable and nice. He was thorough in his exam of her feet and ankles and took him time to answer all our questions. He also had funny jokes that made my daughter laugh and at the end she told me I needed to write a good review for him because he was so funny and nice :) We would recommend Dr. Mount especially as a pediatric podiatrist. In short, Dr. Mount is phenomenal. During my visit, he was professional, understanding, and empathetic. I needed to visit Dr. Mount to have an ingrown toenail removed and my visit was nothing less than superb. In addition to all the things I mentioned, Dr. Mount took his time to explain the procedure and ease my fears. I will fully admit that I am a terrible patient- I am terrified of needles and I hate going to the doctor. Let me tell you, this man truly has the patience of God. His assistant, Seth, was equally awesome and I appreciate him letting me squeeze his hand. I would recommend Dr. Mount to anyone and everyone. He is a one-of-a-kind provider! Lacks personality! I would never recommend Hand and Foot spa for a pedicure! Infected my big toe and Dr. Mount didn’t seem to show any Concern!!!

My visit went very well. I was extremely pleased with everything from scheduling the appointment to seeing Dr. Mount. I left my visit being able to place my feet on the ground without the excruciating pain I was having, and have some tools to help me going forward. What I loved about the entire experience was that the location is pretty much a full service set up such that if you like you can shop for shoes, socks, etc., or you can have a "medical grade" pedicure (and/or manicure). It makes everything convenient.

Dr. Mount is a young, but very experienced and attentive podiatrist. he never just prescribes pills. he's a doctor that truly cares about his patients. He also has a very engaging, yet humorous way of treating his patients. He gets an A+ in his treatment from me.

I take my mom to get her feet looked at and nails clipped, she's 90 years old. Dr. Mount is very pleasant. And very thorough.

I sought a second opinion from Dr. Mount who was able to accurately diagnose my condition as a severe cardiovascular blockage in my leg. The surgeon who subsequently performed the corrective procedure, told me that had I not found a physician who was able to quickly make the correct diagnosis, I likely would have lost my leg.

I am a Type 1 diabetic and have been seen by Dr Mount on a regular basis for almost at year for the treatment of a wound on my left foot as well as my regular diabetic foot care. He has been thorough and professional. His office staff are excellent and focused on making me feel confident and glad I am under his care. As a new patient, I'm pleased to say that I have come to the perfect place for my foot care needs.

My child hadvappointment with Dr. Mount. When the tech came into the room to start the procedure, she could see my child's anxiety. She got Dr. Mount after a wait and Dr. Mount took everything into consideration. Had conversation while doing the procedure and explained what to expect next.

My husband was seen by Dr. Mount due to an infection in his foot. Dr. Mount sent him to the emergency room where he was admitted into the hospital. Dr. Mount came every day to check on him and would advise us of his progress. He was very informative, answered all questions we had and made us feel at ease. Out of this hospital stay that Dr. Mount initiated they found a underlying heart problem that is now being corrected. I feel like with Dr. Mount's actions my husbands life was saved.

I had a great experience with Dr. Mount and look forward to continuing with him as my doctor. When i went in I had all these ideas (thanks Google) about what to try. Dr. Mount listened patiently, told me his thoughts as to approach, but let me steer the decisioning. When I came back months later, i told him flat out YOU WERE RIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING. (He was.) I appreciated him listening, and letting me make decisions as an adult -- and I really appreciate him being so darn right. Five stars!

Diagnosed my problem quickly, and in about a month 80 % less pain. Seems to really be knowledgeable and cares his about his patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Mount now for about 5 months. At my initial appointment I can actually say he saved my life. My legs were very bad and he insisted that I go to the ER. When I told him that if I had to park far I couldn't go because I couldn't walk that far. He even offered to drive me there. I was in the hospital for 5 days. The doctors told me at the hospital that if Dr. Mount didn't insist that I go I would have died. At every appointment he is caring and supportive. He is great!
