Dr van der Ven is an excellent surgeon, and did a great job with my knee. In the lead-up to the surgery, we became aware that a certain medication I was taking might interfere with the recovery process. Dr. Van der Ven took a very active role in attempting to resolve these issues, including reaching out directly to the prescribing physician as well as myself on several occasions. This was very impressive!!

Dr Van der Vin is the best

Dr van der Ven did right knee replacement on me on 7/18/18 and a left knee replacement on 6/1/20. His surgical team and the surgical staff at Doctor's Hospital were fantastic. They are funny and helped ease my nerves. The surgery was a breeze and I was up walking the hall about 3 hours after surgery. The rehab for this surgery is painful, but he addresses the pain. I just finished PT today and I'm so thankful to be able to walk well again. The leg still aches a bit, but time will heal. He has operated on several of my friends all with good results. Can't say enough good things about him.
