Dr. Garrett is great. This is the 2nd time I've seen him to have the Mohs procedure. He's very caring for his patients and tries to make sure you are always comfortable. Most of all he has great taste in music.

Got the BSC on my nose first time. Started a bit more cauterization even though I’d said feeling was returning. I jerked involuntarily. He applied more local anesthetic but didn’t wait for it to fully take effect before finishing cauterizing the wound. It still hurt, but I was able to hold still. The wound healed well. Very professional and efficient.

Great Doctor and staff.

Dr. Garrett removed a basal cell carcinoma from my ear. He and his staff were very competent and caring throughout, making sure I knew what the procedure entailed, and that I was at ease with the surgery. He removed a small portion and after examining the tissue said that margins were clear and that I wouldn’t need a skin graft, just keep the wound clean and bandaged until the follow up exam. I definitely would recommend Dr. Garrett and Forefront Dermatology for any skin concerns.

Wonderfully efficient office and staff. Minor surgery, from an expert physician and detailed explanation of the procedure and expectations

Knowledgeable, calm, and very deliberate in everything he does. I would definitely choose him again if needed.

From the moment Dr. Garrett walked in and introduced himself I was instantly at ease. He felt warm, genuine and calm and I knew I was in wonderful hands. His assistant Katie was also amazing and I'm so thankful to God that I was blessed to have them care for me.

Couldn't ask for a better doctor. He is absolutely the best dermatologist and surgeon in his field. I wear very odd colored contacts so I am sure he will remember me. I saw him at VCU SP. He removed multiple hemangiomas on my temporal artery. He is so funny and outgoing. He puts every patient at ease and has the golden touch! He treats patients with respect and kindness. He reassures patients and makes them feel comfortable. He goes above and beyond to help his patients. This is very rare in today's health field. I have been a patient for years and he is the top doctor in his field. I am very grateful for all he has done for me over the years. Couldn't ask for a better doctor. Excellent visit with Dr. Garrett. He answered all my questions thoroughly and put me at ease. He then performed the procedure confidently and professionally. I would highly recommend Dr. Garrett.
