This doctor's office has been a huge blessing to us. They are always helpful and are welcoming. We have been going here for 4 years now for our son. They honor our vaccination beliefs and are accepting of it and helpful and treat us the same as everyone else. we love it here!

No matter what our appointment time is, we end up waiting 30-45 min to be seen by our practitioner. We love who we see but hate waiting so long. It only makes the kiddos more anxious. Love this clinic. They respect parent's decisions and really take there time with you during appointments. No rush and very attentive. We saw the nurse practitioner Beth Cunningham who is also a lactation consultant. She answered all my questions and has been such a blessing in this breastfeeding journey.

My husband and I Love Carine Pediatrics! We take Our two youngest boys here. It’s never a dreadful day at the dr’s office for them. Since our first visit, Ive trusted this practice. Recently, we had a scare, do to my lack of knowledge. Nurse Kim was on top of it without hesitation. Both Nurse Kim and Dr. Carine are god sent! We Genuinely and whole heartedly love and appreciate them. You’ll catch a lot of slack in the black community for not black physicians/ nurses. We switched to Carine Pediatrics about 2 years ago and it was the absolute best decision for our family. Our son has had visits with both Dr. Carine and with Ben. Both of them are incredible- we are so thankful to have such caring and knowledgeable physicians whom we trust, overseeing the health of our child. In addition to the remarkable care our son has received, I really appreciate the time that Ben has taken to respond to my questions and messages, as I know how busy they are during the day! All of that combined with their supplement shop and the knowledge that Dr. Carine shares in regards to the best things to give the kids has made me a very grateful mom. I am so disappointed with today's appointment (or lack there of). We showed up 5 minutes early to get checked in and understand any covid protocols. The check in went very smoothly and we were seen by a nurse almost immediately. Then we proceeded to wait. 20 minutes later, I step outside to ask the nurse for an update and she assured me that it would be any minute. Another 20 minutes pass (40 minutes total at this point) and still no sight of Dr. Cunningham. I understand offices run behind at times (as my husband owns his own medical practice), but to run 40 minutes behind with a child in the room with zero updates from any staff member is completely unprofessional. Not to mention, we are in the middle of a pandemic and having patients waiting longer than necessary is a complete disconnect to what the CDC's recommended protocols state to ensure patient's health and well-being. Finally I had to make a decision to leave this appointment as I had no true idea if my son was ever going to be seen. As we approached the front desk, an employee asked: "are you ready to check out today" and I quickly informed her that we were never seen by a doctor. This would have been the time when the next statement could have been; I am so sorry for your experience and this inconvenience...... Instead it was "I will just mark you as unseen" followed by "would you like to reschedule?" My answer was a very clear no. This situation could have been so easily rectified with any type of communication informing us that the doctor was running behind and they realized our time was valuable. Really a huge disappointment today as we have actually referred others to this office and now have needed to retract our statements of referral. I wish a negative review was not necessary as it in not in my nature to do so, but hopefully there is a pearl or two for Carine Pediatrics to learn from this experience. New to this office, however every experience has been filled with kindness and intentional care. Loving it so far!

My wife and I recently had our first child. We can't express enough, the respect we have for Dr. Carine and her entire staff. She's been extremely thorough and personable while caring for our daughter.

Great Doctor, great staff. Have went here since my son was born. They listen, take time with you, are extremely knowledgeable, and have always taken good care of him/our family. A bonus is they have a natural supplement store and similar products in the office. We love many of the products and use them regularly. I have full confidence in this office and love it’s holistic/natural meets traditional Western Medicine approach. It gives my family options that we are comfortable with for example a delayed vaccination schedule (our informed choice), and trying supplements first or in conjunction with medicine if needed. My husband and I love this office SO much! We just referred my friend and her husband as they just had a new baby! We see Beth and she has been so sweet honest and caring with our son. I’m quite sure all the others are just as amazing! What a genuine soul she is and she loves the little ones! I’m so glad we switched here! The whole office staff has been so pleasant, check-ins are smooth and we just feel so comfortable and safe! As long as we’re here in Columbus this will be our son’s pediatrician! Abrasive personality coupled with a fervent right wing perspective can leave the patient feeling out of sorts. I also question her stance on vaccines. My sense is that she’s may be opposed to childhood vaccinations.

Doesn’t accept Medicaid

To many lies about not taking out of pocket patients. If someone pays out of pocket the insurance someone has shouldn’t matter they told me it would be insurance fraud.. um okay judgmental of those on medicade don’t waste your time. One thing to not to take it another to say you won’t take my money out of pocket because you know my insurance. Fantastic practice! Dr. Carine does an amazing job taking care of children and babies with difficult problems. Very friendly competent staff.

Very pleasant staff. Kristen is great with our son and dealing with any issues that may arise. She’s very open, understanding, and answers all of our questions. Love the selection of supplements as well.

Fantastic practitioners and fantastic office staff. Excellent blend of conventional and integrative approaches. They also have a little shop right in the office that sells supplements, soaps, etc that you might need. I drive across town to get there because I like them so much.

We have seen every nurse practitioner here, and we trust and appreciate every one of them! From the front desk to the exam room, everyone is kind and helpful. I especially appreciate that this particular practice listens to and respects the parents of their young patients.

We love everyone at Dr. Carine's office! They have seen us through everything from sniffles to playground accidents and more. It has been neat to watch the practice grow over the years! Dr. Carine has assembled a top-notch team, and we are so grateful for the care our kids receive here.

We have been patients at Dr. Carine's practice for over eight years now. I cannot say enough good things about this office! We love them! Sometimes the wait is a little long, but that is because they take the time to listen to their patients and answer questions. I had to call the after hours number once, and Dr. Carine was so kind. She answered all my questions and put me at ease, and let me know exactly what steps to take next. Highly recommend!

Seriously the worst place for new parents. These people only care about their developmental sheets...

Ali Carine's practice is very efficient, the staff are kind, and my family has received quality healthcare.

Dr Carine and her staff have been wonderful! My cancer-survivor, asd son has gone from screaming meltdowns at the mention of a dr to REQUESTING drs appointments with “Dr Ben”. We love this office.

Before coming here my two boys were always sick. When I came here they got better quickly. They are detailed, provide plans of action, and get to the root cause of issues. All staff truly cares! I love them and my sons are better than ever!

We love this practice! Everything about it is just what we were looking for when finding a Pediatrician. I think the comment/review regarding the questionnaires is ridiculous, tracking development is very important at this age and can help identify red flags that would otherwise be missed. The staff is always wonderful and friendly and we never wait very long, usually in and out in an hour. We see Nurse Practitioner Ben and he is always great with our daughter. The office is also very clean and the selection of natural supplements is amazing. Our daughter has never been sick or had to go in for a sick visit in her two years and I think it has to do with this medical approach. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat. I am particularly happy with how my daughter is treated by the staff. Kristen has been so gentle and kind. She always answers my questions in a way that is helpful. I recommend Dr. Carine's office to anyone interested in integrative approaches, alternative vaccination schedules, and doctor's visits that are not scary at all.

I switched to Dr. Carines office a few months after my baby was born. I've been going every since. After a doctor that's visit was based on charts and graphs it was a different experience. I had some concerns with what my baby could do (rolling mostly) and was shown techniques that helped her to want to roll and be able to roll. It was really nice to see everyone, from the receptionist to the Dr. interact with my baby with such love and passion. It's also nice that the doctor doesn't force unnecessary medicine on your baby. Dr. Carine is one if the most knowledgeable Pediatricians. She has given exceptional care for all of our special needs children without just writing a script and sending us on our way. She gets to the root of the problem using a variety of ways and techniques. She is truly integrative and well worth the wait!!! She cares about her patients and wants what's best for the whole family!! We love her!!!

Dr.Carine is very nice and caring, but we are always waiting at least an hour to see her. This is very inconvenient for us. If you schedule an appointment with her, plan to be there no less than 2 hours due to the wait time. If your appointment is at 9, she will see you at 10, but heaven forbid you be there past 9 or they'll cancel your appointment! I would recommend you see her nurse practitioners instead. They're always on time and very nice,caring and thorough!

Things have changed a lot in that office over the past two years.. When my child needed her help the most upon developing a very serous lifelong condition that involved a lot of joint pain for him the office refused to treat him then they refused to take any of my phone calls and at first would not tell me why. They required I put all requests and questions in email. Her email response to me " we will communicate as effectively as possible through email however we have nothing else to say in regards to his current problem. We are not discussing this issue any further" All I asked was for test results and to find a doctor that would treat him for this new condition. I am a first time mom and went to see Dr. Carine upon referral from a chiropractor for LO's flat spot. I never thought it was an issue and just went for the eval but her first words were "he's not that crooked, he's just a flathead baby-you might want to think about a helmet". After listening to her say everything that she thought was wrong with him, that's all I could think about. We have since had evals from other physicians/therapists and will not be returning to Dr. Carine's office for OMT. I felt uncomfortable the entire time like there was something seriously wrong with my child and he is going to have development problems because we didn't force him to do tummy time 24/7. Everyone at this office is incredibly sweet and helpful. I never have to wait long. They take a great approach using modern medicine combined with a holistic approach. We couldn't be happier!

Child had an unset fracture for a week because staff kept forgetting to refer to orthopedic doctor. And this was with calling every day. Switched to another practice.
