I am a hematology referral from an emergency department. I worked with Dr. luknic for 3 months. Terrible experience. In that time I have had repeated mistakes in getting prescriptions to the pharmacy, sloppy notes with incorrect test results and incorrect records, arrogant nurses, forgotten appointments, and even, quite literally, been forgotten in an exam room for an hour. The PA was decent. Everyone was nice enough, but it has been the most unprofessional and shoddy medical experience.

Dr. Luknic has been my hemetologist for over 11 years and she has been great to work with. I have a very rare blood condition and she has been very accomodating, understandint, and willing to work with my unique sitution. The only down side is the private practice merged with the hopital a few years ago and that has drastically increased costs, but surprisingly the quality of care from the staff is still great.

Dr. Luknic is ok at reviewing and treating my CML (Lukemia), but horrible with other things. I take Gleevec for cml and there are many side effects, mostly being pain. She doesn't believe me when I say that I'm in pain, although Gleevec is known for the bone and joint pain, yet Dr. Luknic says I shouldn't be having pain. The staff is awesome, no complaints whatsoever.
