Made an appointment to have a new mole removed. Dr Baum told me skin tags need to be removed 1st will make another appointment for mole removal. Stopped at front desk after visit was told nothing due. Received bills that I owe $105 because skin tag removal is not a medical necessity. Billing refused to help me because I could have told her no. I was never informed there could potentially be charges for this. Told my husband that she “doesn’t do scalps” and that his “scalp is for his barber.” As if a barber is expected to remove a mole from his head.

Geez oh man. Everyone is so harsh. I took my daughter in to be seen for acne months ago and continue to have follow ups. Her skin looks tremendously better under Dr Baum’s care. The doc is a bit unemotional but then I don’t need to be coddled or hugged. It’s just her personality. Lol. My daughter just needs treated for her condition and that she did wonderfully. Her staff is pleasant. That means a lot. Geez oh man. Everyone is so harsh. I took my daughter in to be seen for acne months ago and continue to have follow ups. Very disrespectful of one's time had a 9:00 appointment didn't see me for over a hour then they wanted to reschedule because they were to busy because Secretary made a mistake with the schedule

Dr. Baum is an excellent dermatologist overall, but she is exceptionally talented with fillers. After just a few ccs of skillfully and artfully placed Juvederm, I am continuously complimented for looking refreshed. I had absolutely no bruising or swelling afterward, and only minimal discomfort during the injections. Several women I know have fillers - not necessarily because they told me, it’s just obvious in a bad way. For everyone to think you just came back from vacation, or are finally getting enough sleep (when you didn’t and certainly aren’t!) is exactly what you hope and pay for, and a testament to the physician’s skill. I can’t rate Dr. Baum highly enough! Additionally, she and her staff are warm and friendly, and the office is very conveniently located. Don’t take chances with cosmetic fillers - sure, there are excellent esthetician’s who do great work, but training and experience matter. I personally only want a board certified physician with decades of experience and an artist’s aesthetic injecting anything into my face! Went awhile ago. Very disrespectful of your time. Gave decent advice didn't really examine me. Felt like a waste of time.

She will extend treatment for as long as possible. Want to take off one skim Tage at a time instead of getting them all done so you don't have to miss work/school.

I was diagnosed with Perioral Dermatitis which is a horrible face rash which is not only unsightly but painful. Dr. Baum took one look and knew how to treat it. The staff there are pretty amazing too!! highly recommend !!

I will not be returning to this doctor, and I also suggest that no one else take the chance. I made an appointment to have moles checked for the first time. Dr. Baum would not look at them all, she made me show her one. Without even seeing it she said "Well, we can remove it if you like." I asked if she thought it looked bad and again she said "well we can remove it if you want." She did the procedure so quickly, with no beside manner. The nurse was the only saving grace. I will NOT be returning

The office didn't have my appointment in the system and was highly disorganized. Dr. Baum never introduced herself to me, was disheveled in her appearance, mixed up the information I provided her, and admitted to being confused. She took a small skin biopsy ,didn't apply pressure to the area, left the room, and I had blood running down my calf muscle. She's highly unprofessional. I won't be going back.

Mostly had her back towards me during the appointment. I felt like a bother being there and when I asked questions. I never got a real diagnosis either. Checking in was about the same, too. The receptionist was talking to people who work there about out of work topics while trying to check me in. Unprofessional office.
