The office staff is horrible, and I would not recommend anyone else to this practice. ALEJANDRA HAS NO REGARDS TO PATIENT CARE. HER SARCASM IS an under statement. I received by Dr Terando at USC Hospital for breast cancer. She is a very caring and wonderful well-educated physician. She literally saved my life. She's a wonderful surgeon to remove my breast cancer with no margins left and save my life. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She's such a loving and caring doctor. She was my surgeon at Ohio State thru 2018. Compassionate and professional. She spent all the time I needed in appointments. She.l cared about me as a person. I switched from another surgeon who treated me as a number and tried to treat me like all the others- cookie cutter approach. Dr Terando was a breath of fresh air. Liked her a lot- lucky USC. Everyone needs a surgeon like her who has your back.

Dr. Terando is always very upfront and direct with me, which is what I love. She talks to me and makes me understand what is happening next so I don't have any questions or concerns going into my next visit. Her bedside manor is one of the best I have come into contact with and so glad she is part of my treatment and healing!
