Least integrative doc I've worked with- does not listen to any other symptoms/issues, just gives meds that didn't work, gave more next time, ect. Repeated pattern of treating extremely closed minded and ignored every other physical symptom I brought up which led to a clear diagnosis with another doc.

I had a first appointment scheduled with Dr. Bishnoi. A day before the appointment, her admin called to confirm my appointment and instructed me on what to take in, being that it was my first appointment. I was also advised that this Doctor does not accept credit or debit card, only cash/check as part of my co-payment, in this Covid-19 environment I was surprised that they didn't accept a credit/debit card but was happy to know at least check was another option. On the day of the appointment there is a bold legible sign at the receptionist desk that indicated that co-payment in cash-check is required before seeing the doctor, I took out my checkbook and was then told that the doctor will ONLY accept cash. I re-confirmed the instructions that I received with the receptionist that indicated cash/check and after consulting with the doctor who was sitting a few feet away from her, the receptionist told me cash only. I thought about it for a moment and actually left to find a bank/ATM machine but there was none close by or in the direction that I headed. After some consideration I wondered what kind of Doctor is this? It is akin to going to the ER and being refused treatment because one doesn't have insurance. So much for the Hippocratic Oath! I had a first appointment scheduled with Dr. Bishnoi. A day before the appointment, her admin called to confirm my appointment and instructed me on what to take in being that it was my first appointment. I have been in her care for 10 years and I have nothing but good things to say about her practice.

I have been a patient for over 15 years. Dr. Bishnoi is extremely efficient in dealing with my diabetes she is proactive. The office is very organized and waiting time is excellent.

In Nov. 2001 an ENT discovered a nodule in my thyroid and said, among other things, it could be cancerous. Of course the "C" word put me in a tailspin as I rushed to find out what the real diagnosis was. The next step was to have tests done and then I wound up at a surgeon who said the only way to tell if it was cancerous for sure was to remove my entire thyroid and do a complete biopsy on the nodule. If it was cancerous, then as long as it didn't spread I was out of the woods. If it wasn't cancerous, then OK but I would lose my entire thyroid in the process. I was totally against removing my thyroid and sought another course. I was then sent to Dr. Bishnoi who ordered a fine needle biopsy. It was negative, so no cancer. However, the nodule caused me to suffer from hyperthyroidism and I went in for radioactive treatment to reduce the size of the nodule. In the end, I had to go on synthroid to compensate for the radioactive effect on my thyroid but at least I didn't have to have my entire thyroid removed - thanks to Dr. Bishnoi! I've been under her care ever since. My nodule hasn't grown, there is no cancer, I didn't lose my thyroid and all is stable. I am so happy that I found Dr. Bishnoi - she saved me from losing my entire thyroid and ever since being under her care has given me peace of mind. I recommend her most highly! I have been a patient of Dr. Bishnoi's for 8+ years. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to recommend her. All of my friends that I recommended to her are as happy as I am. Dr. Bishnoi does not overbook, she listens to her patients and discusses test results and available treatments. I am so happy that she is my Endocrinologist. I have been under Dr Bishnoi's care for close to ten years and have found her and her staff very compassionate and helpful. She has helped me bring my diabetes under control when other doctors couldn't. She takes the time to explain everything. Also you never have to wait long in the waiting room. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Bishnoi is so nice and very knowledgeable. Her office is small which makes it much more personalized than any other office I’ve ever been to. She spends as much time as you need and makes you feel very comfortable. Her office assistant is fantastic and always gets back to you if you have a problem or need the doctor at any time. I’ve seen other endocrinologists and dr Bishnoi has given me the most attention than any before. I’m really happy here and I feel that she takes the best care of me. I've been a thyroid patient of Dr Bishnoi for quite a few years and have always found her to be caring, knowledgable and efficient. When my husband started having thyroid issues and his doctor couldn't get it under control, I knew Dr Bishnoi would be able to assess his condition and help him. I was right. She took him on as her patient, ran tests, listened to him and treated him appropriately. It was a relief having him feel better again. He and I are both is good hands. Getting appointments are never an issue and her office staff is always pleasant. I've had a great experience with Dr. Bishnoi. As another reviewer said, the practice is very small and personal. She really knows her stuff! It's a relief to go to a doctor who is so competent and consistent in her treatment. It's the first help I've gotten with this thyroid issue that made any sense. I never have a problem getting an appointment and I'm in and out of the office very quickly. Really no wait time at all. I've had a great experience with Dr. Bishnoi. Dr. Bishnoi was very unhelpful and frankly rude and unprofessional. In an emergency we begged for her assistance and she refused to help. Then she charged our insurance company!!

Dr. Bishnoi has been my endocrinology doctor for over 20 years. She is knowledgeable, always current on the latest advances, and always listens. Easy to schedule and appointments are always on time.

After reading the reviews, I was excited to set an appointment and finally get my health on track. I wanted to call and see if their office would be willing to work with me because I don’t have insurance, as many doctors offices do that these days. They usually take credit cards, care credit, anything you need to use in order for them to see you now, without having to pay it out of pocket immediately. I called to ask my few questions, but the receptionist already sounded annoyed by my call when he answered. The second the receptionist heard I didn’t have insurance he immediately became very dismissive and rude. He told me that without insurance it’s over $200 for just the first visit, CASH ONLY up front, they won’t even accept credit cards. That is a HORRIBLE way to treat people who are afraid, calling asking for help with their health. I will never be going to this location because of his terrible manners, he has no idea how to talk to people. As an doctors office that is supposed to help people dealing with diabetes or thyroid problems, you think they would be kind and patient when explaining things to their potential patients. I will now have to find somewhere else to go, no matter how good the doctor may be, because of this nasty person and their ridiculous cash only policy. Don’t go here , For one the front desk lady lied and said I could pay my co pay at a later time. Then after my app they changed there story and said I had to pay right away. Another thing I had a thyroid issue and the doctor didn’t do any test and just felt my neck to see if it was swollen. Months later I found out I had hashimoto ( thyroid problem ) when I went to another doctor . If you care about your health, do not even consider Dr Bishnoi! They got the lab results with my A1c and said they'd call if out of range. Never heard anything...so no news is good news, right? Wrong! I had Diabetes for over a year and did not find out from my endocronologist because Dr Bishnoi is the worst!!! I found out from my neuroopthamologist because I started to lose my vision from having untreated Diabetes for so long!!! The office consists of the Dr and one other employee...that's it! Two women could not possibly stay up on all that's required to provide proper care. So she obviously is concerned with sparing her budget above sparing her patient's health (proven by the outdated and dirty office and unacceptable treatment, or lack thereof). So, after being finally diagnosed, I wanted to get the glucometer equipment needed and got a royal run around from the office, because this added more than the two minute visit allotted to every patient, I suppose. I am in the healthcare field, and cannot believe more people have not exposed this office for the neglectful practice it is. Your health is important! But, unfortunately, not to Dr Bisnoi. Dr. Bishnoi is very prompt with her appointments. She discusses any concerns that I not only with what she treats me for but also other issues I have. Dr. Bishnoi is very thorough. I have recommended her to friends and they feel the same way I feel. Dr. Bishnoi is a great Doctor.

I am a patient of Dr Bishnoi, the best Endocrinologist in the area. I had uncontrolled Diabetes, she is the only one who could get my Diabetes under control. She listens when u talk, not like other doctors who are busy writing their tablet/computer. She is very knowledgable, always gets on the phone if you have concerns. I highly recommend her.
