Dr. Sura and his technician are wonderful. I had a cavity filled and a crown made. It was a 3 hour visit. I get anxiety very easily. This was a good experience! They talk you through the process. They are very caring. And my teeth feel GREAT!

I was throughly pleased with the service I received. I expected to have to have 2 visits in order to get a crown, but was able to get it taken care of in one visit!!! I was so happy!! My first time at Reveal. Best experience I’ve had at a dentist. I have a dislike or phobia of going to the dentist but Valerie was awesome and she explained the details of the xrays and the other steps of cleaning the teeth. Valerie let me pick a Netflix show which helped my anxiety level. Dr Sura was great! He talked about options if I wanted to improve my smile. The whole experience was pleasant for going to the dentist and I’ll definitely return in 6 months.

Dr. Sura and his staff set the bar for professionalism and premium service. I trust my family’s oral health to his expert care. Prestige dentistry with a responsive, caring staff, and a dentist with impeccable credentials and excellent bedside manner. After numerous past experiences that were less than ideal, I was hesitant at first but the consistent quality of care has helped put me at ease. My only worry is that he will one day move out of the area. We have found our forever dentist with Dr. Sura. He was recommended to me by a friend/neighbor when I was desperate to find a good dentist and since that time I simply cannot say enough good things about Reveal. The office feels more like a modern, luxury spa than it does a dental office. It truly is a premier practice with Dr. Sura being one of the best dentists in the Austin/Cedar Park area.

Upon arriving was greeted with enthusiasm, the ladies up front really set the tone for the remaining visit. The ambiance is very nice and modern, the rooms are well lit with natural light so it doesn’t feel like an exam room which is so much more relaxing. The wait time was minimal, and the dentist was there in the exam room with virtually no wait. They took x-rays and observed my condition. Dr. Sura provides his professional opinion and made a referral to an oral surgeon for a more precise opinion. I’ve been apprehensive of dentists my whole life, even my father-in-law who has over 40 years of practice. Dr. Sura made suggestions and provided his recommendation in a way that I didn’t feel pressured into an expensive procedure. Dr. Sura and his entire staff were awesome!

This was my daughter’s first dental visit and each member of the staff worked very hard to explain to her what to expect and to help her through her fears. “Going to the dentist was THE BEST!” As for me, this has to be the best experience I’ve had as an adult. I would definitely refer my friends to this Dental office. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was explained everything that they were doing. I needed a crown replaced. They were able to do it right there in the office. I didn't have to have a temporary crown. Never once did I feel pressured into doing anything else to my teeth. Great experience! Great dentist!!

I went in for my routine cleaning today. It was fast, enjoyable conversation, and welcoming. I have too many good words for Dr. Sura and his staff.

I used to like Dr. Sura but the most bizarre thing happened to me and my family under his care. My husband and I saw him a couple of times each prior to introducing our baby to his practice. Each visit was complete with friendly banter and conversation with the hygienists as well as with Dr. Sura himself. This changed quickly after “I discovered” my 2 two year old had his first cavity 4 weeks after Dr. Sura completed his well check. Dr. Sura took one look at my child’s teeth and told me he needed to go to a pediatric dentist as he was not comfortable treating toddlers so we found a pediatric dentist and on we went. About 1 month after this event, we received a certified dismissal letter from Dr. Sura himself stating he no longer could trust our relationship and that he no longer could be my family’s Dentist (see picture of actual letter attached). We were incredibly confused as to why we received this letter so I called and asked to speak to Dr. Sura directly since he signed the letter. I spoke with the office manager (Martha) and she told me that she would relay my message to Dr. Sura and that he would call me back. Well, he never called. After a couple of days without hearing from the practice, I called and spoke to Martha. I asked why Dr. Sura did not call me back, even at his convenience, and she told me he wanted me to read the letter he sent us and that was that. When I asked what “caused” the dismissal, she had no answer. I reminded Martha of our good relationship every time I’ve been there and why we do not understand where things went awry. Martha then asked me if there were any ill-words spoken between Dr. Sura and myself or with my husband and I confirmed that nothing was ever negative and that we are both dumbfounded as to why we were basically asked to leave his practice. As a last ditch effort Martha said she would ask Dr. Sura one last time to find out the reasoning of the letter and she would call me back. Martha called a few days later and said Dr. Sura wrote the letter himself and after he conversed with his staff, they made the conclusion we were no longer welcome as patients of his practice. Martha also confirmed that Dr. Sura was never going to call me back. In between these phone calls, I attempted to converse with Dr. Sura via email since we had emailed back and forth in the past and he seemed comfortable doing so. Not to my surprise, I received this response. Dear ****, Hope this email finds you well. As the letter states, we will no longer be able to treat you in our practice. We feel that we are not the right fit for your family's needs. We wish you luck in finding a more suitable office. As stated, we are available to handle any emergency issues that arise within 30 days from receipt of the letter. Sincerely, Alkesh Sura, DDS Our view of these events only leaves us with these assumptions and conclusions. Without having any further information (that we continually asked for) we conclude the following: 1. Dr. Sura choose to be unprofessional with how he dodged my phone calls and with his email reply above. 2. Dr. Sura no longer wanted to be our Dentist once he realized we are an interracial couple (black and white) with a bi-racial child. Perhaps Dr. Sura is not comfortable treating patients with our demographics. 3. Dr. Sura does not want to treat us because our dental plan is with ERISA and he makes little to no money on us as patients. 4. Dr. Sura did not want to take responsibility for missing my son’s cavity. 5. Dr. Sura was upset that I did not tell him what pediatric dentist I took my son to in sufficient time. Feel free to make your own opinion of Dr. Sura, however, please take into account these events in which my family experienced.

I had a very short wait before goin back. Martha was very gracious at the front desk. I felt that the hygienist was very thorough. I’m a coward when it comes to pain, but I felt none to speak of. My dentist of over 30 years sold his practice, and I tried the new dentist for over a year. But, I just didn't feel comfortable in the new environment. A friend of my wife's recommended Dr Sura, and after reading all the great reviews, I decided to switch. The reviews were absolutely correct. Dr Sura and his staff are fantastic!!!! I had my initial exam, and followed up with 2 crowns while I waited. He's as good as my old dentist, and the staff and environment are as good or better. I have given his name to other family members, and would highly recommend him to others.

After having to leave another dental office because they no longer covered our insurance plan I was nervous having to establish and start all over again. Reveal Dentistry was such a pleasant experience. The front office and staff are very courteous and caring. Dr. SURA came out in the waiting area to personally introduce himself. I was a bit nervous walking in the door because I haven’t seen a dental in about 2-1/2 years. But after being greeted by the super friendly staff, I started to relax in their spa like waiting area. Highly recommend to friends and family, and this scaredy-cat is already looking forward to my next appointment.
