After 8 years of battle with my daughter's behavioral issues, visiting all kinds of doctors, and trying several drugs, we finally have a greater understanding of our daughter's mental health problem, how to manage the situation, how to support for a difficult path she will have on her life, and how other health care professionals need to handle that. Thank you to Dr. Lindsay and his incredible staff. From the first call and initial evaluation to all 4 days of testing, including review years of medical records, interviewing teachers and other professionals, and the final evaluation to explain 24 pages of a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation, Dr. Lindsay was the most impressive healthcare professional we had a chance to meet. Children’s mental health problems are real, common, and treatable. If you notice something odd in your child's behavior, look for a Neuropsychologist first, and we really hope you find one like Dr. Lindsay. Dr. Lindsay, God bless you and your staff.

A Neurologist from BayCare saw my mom in March and recommended a Neuropsychological Evaluation due to memory loss/dementia. Her office informed us that they were sending a referral to Dr. Allen Lindsay's office. After 1 hour, we received a call from Dr. Lindsay's office, and in less than 5 minutes we had my mom's initial evaluation appointment set for the week after. Via their portal, we had access to the paperwork; also, the max. amount based on my mom's insurance policy. The same day of the initial evaluation, after an amazing experience with Dr. Lindsay, we had all the appointments for testing and final evaluation scheduled. During the 2 days of testing, my mom was so pleased with the treatment in his office. This week we went there for the final evaluation. Dr. Lindsay explained every single detail on his report (12 pages). At the same moment, we got an electronic version via Portal, and my mom's Neurologist got her copy. We truly cannot say enough about Dr. Lindsay and his team.

Dr Lindsey and his office staff are horrible. I tested with his office in July of 2019. I have PTSD and was testing for Autism. He and his staff triggered me both mornings of the testing and during lunch. This invalidated the test. He also did not get my history correct. When the results were ready, the office informed me the mailed the results to me, twice. I ended up driving to the office to retrieve the results. When I inquired about making an appointment for Dr Lindsey to interpret the results, they refused. Dr Lindsey and his staff should be reprogrammed!
