Come as early as you can so you don't have to wait 3 houres.
Had a torn meniscus. Dr Bregman and staff did an excellent job throughout the entire process. No frills .. just straight forward treatment and advice. Thank you
The super bad customer service ever
Worst dr and staff they dont know even how to talk with patients they dont respect dont even go there and waste your time
Waited over 3 hours to be seen by the doctor. Consistently heard I was next! Front desk was disrespectful and rude to patients. Would not recommend coming to this office unless you want to spend your entire day.
First time at this office and everyone was simply amazing. From the receptionist to the doctor. Couldn't be happier. Thank you all for being so helpful and for recommending and setting up my next steps.
Exceptionally horrible. Went here once. My followup phone call has been delayed consecutively for a span of two weeks. Doctor said he would contact me within 2-3 days via phone since it's just to discuss the results as we agreed and then made me wait one week. I called after one week and his secretary insisted I book an appointment and that the doctor couldn't even take out 5 brief minutes of any of the one days in a week to give me the news... Secretary said she will get him to call me during the day and today she did the same thing and in fact hung up on me. This is all after me telling them I need my reports urgently for work. Also when I went for my first appointment and due to him being a "bone specialist" he immediately refereed me to a friend of his. Obviously for business... Overall its been over 2 weeks and still no serious response. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND. BY FAR THE WORST VICINITY I HAVE BEEN TO, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
