Showed up to work over AN HOUR late, no apology, no explanation. While we all waited for Dr. Green to arrive (she didn't answer any of the staffs phone calls all morning, and some thought she took the day off...) the resident was fantastic! Took a look at my knee, agreed it was a Baker's cyst and needed the doctor to confirm and recommend next steps. When Dr. Green finally showed up, she came in, didn't listen to the details after asking a few questions, said I'm too young to have a Baker's cyst (36yr), a 20 second "exam" and she said it's nothing, she can't feel anything and to try PT. I asked what I should do when it swells up after a run, her response was simply "nothing". And that was the entire appt... I was there for over and hour and a half for that... complete waste of time. She was rude, didn't listen and had no desire to actually try and treat my knee pain. Infuriated I waited 4 weeks to see a "specialist" for this. Can not emphasize enough to not waste your time with her.
