I went here because of tooth pain, I got x-rays and sensitivity test. They said nothing was wrong and a week later I was at another dentist being told I needed a root canal. Granted they only charged $55, it was a waste of my money because they did not tell me the truth about my tooth. Does not matter how long ago it was, the service was still poor!

I was highly disappointed in the treatment I received in 2020. My review is late because I had chosen to let it go while pregnant, but they continue to ask for a review. I was in my first trimester and during the beginning of Covid, but wanted a cleaning due to the impact pregnancy can have on your teeth. The hygienist, Mel, told me I needed a deeper cleaning on my gums and I told her I did not want this since I was in my first trimester. after this conversation at my appointment, she left a voicemail telling me the negative effects that poor gums could have on the baby if not taken care of. She advised me to do research on gum disease and low birth weight and highly encouraged me to schedule another cleaning with her, even after I said I did not want anesthesia during pregnancy and was uncomfortable with this. This was very rude and not her place to say and I still have this voicemail. I was also billed incorrectly twice when trying to tell them that my insurance covered part of the new night guard. They assured me they filed it incorrectly but took my payment and I was never reimbursed for my portion that the insurance was to cover due to their incorrect coding. They admitted it was an “old code” and filed the same code again. This place knows how to take advantage of people and I would be careful of the antics as they pretend to care about you.

Dr. Menito is an excellent dentist ! I feel very fortunate to have him as my dentist. Angie, the dental hygienist is very knowledgeable and also excellent. Expertise is the perfect name for this practice. This is a cutting edge practice, and I am grateful.

This might be the nicest staff in the US…and they’re extremely talented / skilled. Thanks for always making every experience a comfortable and successful one.

I always have an excellent experience. On my last visit I had a substitute hygienist. She was absolutely the best I have ever had. I wish she could be mine every time.

I recently had front tooth crown knocked out on vacation and lost it. Amanda went right to work and got my smile looking great again. I really can't say enough about how awesome this place is. If feels more like a spa than a dental office. More importantly if you need to have cosmetic work done, this is hands down the best place. They are true artists when it comes to making your smile look wonderful. I feel so lucky to have the best practice in town keeping my smile looking great! Dr. Seay is a master at her craft and a really great person. I really am grateful to her for the work she did for me and recommend her highly.

First off, let me say, this is the first time I have ever taken the time to express concerns through a review however I feel as though this is important enough to take the time to share to all as to prevent this from happening to others. I called this office to schedule a new patient visit after seeing a commercial on television, which the commercial also claims to accept insurance. My visit consisted of new patient exam, xrays and cleaning. After my visit I was advised I am to pay out of pocket over $500. My first issue with this is, I promise you, this was not at any point advised to me until after the work was completed. When setting my appointment I asked if they accept my BCBS insurance and was told yes. I have worked with BCBS insurance for over 15 years. I do NOT schedule with non network providers. This office will bill your insurance claim after you pay up front. They do not accept assignment on the claim which means the allowable (not total billed amount) will be reimbursed to you rather than the office. This leaves patients paying a total fee rather than allowable amounts set forth through contractual obligations through your dental insurance in which you already pay for PLUS this provider should ONLY balance bill which is 115% of the allowable amount instead of leaving patient responsible for their inflated fees. Seeking care through this facility will all but nullify and void your insurance in which you pay for as well as exhaust your benefits far faster than other facilities. A service that should cost myself $0 in preventative care is now over $500 put of pocket. Also, per BCBS guidelines the patient has rights to this out of pocket expense prior to services being rendered, in writing. After speaking to the office manager she advised they do "file" my insurance, they just do not "coordinate" with my insurance. Please do not fall prey to this play on words. This is a costly mistake. As a patient, yes, it is your obligation to know your insurance providers, however I was blatantly provided a false impression when scheduling. I have asked that per quality control all of my conversations and paperwork be reviewed as this financial obligation was not agreed upon and it is all but short of manipulation and falsification. I had a crown in Dr. Seay clinic about two years ago, and dropped recently. I saw a dentist in Seay clinic for adding it back. The technique is great, it works again. The only thing I have now is tooth pain, probably due to the fixing procedure. I guess this is common. There was no emergency, I have to wait 3-4 days to see the dentist. Although I very much like this Dentistry, I'm very disappointed on how they handled my son's appointment. It was not disclosed prior to service that full payment would be due rather than routing some if not all of the expense though my insurance company directly. If I am to pay out of pocket an estimated cost of services would have been nice to allow me to budget properly for the expense. I wouldn't let a contractor do work on my house without an estimate, not sure how they feel this is any different. My girlfriend, who was gracious enough to take my son for the appointment was asked to render payment for services without any thought or consideration given to contacting me, the parent and primary insurance holder, but rather quickly accepted payment from her without hesitation. This is a very basic professional courtesy. The office staff was very much aware that she was not the parent as it was discussed in conversation at the time of my son's arrival. Once I discovered this transpired we requested they correct payment to my HSA account but that request was refused. Again, I like Dr. Seay and think the practice does a great job in all but there is certainly room for improvement. I have a fear my front teeth will fall out. According to the experts, they should have fallen out in my early 20's due to trauma. Dr. Seay put me at ease and we have a great treatment plan to not only correct my bite, but also give me a beautiful smile.

Professional, Friendly, Fast service! Went in for an annual checkup and teeth cleaning...they found a cavity and fixed it on the same visit! Always enjoy my trip to the Dentist seeing Dr. Seay and her staff!

Love this office. Super modern, state of the art and efficient. And..... such skilled professionals who are also the nicest people! Love it. Had two old metal fillings replaced with today’s modern materials. Fillings absolutely disappear into your tooth like they’re not even there. Wish I would have done it earlier!
