Dr Arora is awesome. He took on my case last minute. His scheduler called me on a Monday, saw me on Wednesday and did my surgery on that Friday after being cancelled three times prior. His staff is phenominal, they are so friendly and they make you feel so glad you are a part of the Sharp Health Care system. His P.A. Doctor kish is such an awesome Doctor. She takes her time with you asks questions and listens to what you have to say and then asks if you have any other questions. She really has a great quality in Patient concern. Dr Arora is totally an awesome surgeon, Never rushes you through your appointment makes sure all your questions are answered then asks what else do you have for me. He has a deep concern how your recovery was at the surgery center where he performs his surgeries. He and his staff members gel together and everything has a good flow. He see's a lot of patient's and still treats every pt. the same. His scheduler Erica is totally awesome, she was able to get me my surgery within 4 days after our inital contact. She was so professional and honest, she said I can't promise you will have surgery on Friday but I will do everything I can so it will happen, worse case it may have to be 2 weeks but lets see what Doctor Arora has to say. Had the surgery that Friday. Hia assistant Steve fixed my sling so that anybody that was helping me put it on would kmow how to do it and not cross the straps. I have been with Sharp for 30 years and have seen my share of the Doctors at Sharp, Dr. ARORA is one of those rare Dr's that make you feel so happy that you are a Patient of Sharp. My name is Kimberly. I always read reviews but rarely write one. Nevertheless, the compassion that Lucas demonstrated regarding me and my sister forced me to put pen to paper, if you will. My sister called me in distress regarding severe knee pain. I didn't know what to do for her. As a result, I reached out to this office. Lucas answered the phone. I informed him of my sister's symptoms. He provided clear and concise options for my sister. But get this, neither myself nor my sister are patients of this office. He could have turned me away. Instead he demonstrated such compassion. Based upon his advice, I immediately did a conference call with: myself, my sister, and her Primary Care Physician. We were able to get her in to be seen the next day!!! I am so very grateful to Lucas for his help. I put this office contact details in my phone. I found Dr Arora to be very easy to talk to. He explained everything thoroughly without oversimplifying it.
