Good luck to anyone trying to be seen. I was referred here initially in January and left my first voicemail on 1/26 to try and set up an appointment. According to their voicemail they're supposed to reach out within 48 business hours however after not hearing anything back I left another voicemail on 1/30 and yet another voicemail on 2/2. After filing a complaint I finally got a call back as of 3/2 but chose to ignore it as I have zero confidence in their ability to set up any potential future appointments. The only time I was able to speak with anyone in the 5 times I attempted to contact them was to tel me to call back after their lunch. So I called back and got the voicemail again.

Suffered life-long GI issues, my first GI Dr. ran all the usual tests and when they came back negative essentially washed his hands of me - which still left me with GI life-interfering challenges Dr. Bali not only ran some additional tests but when they came back negative did not give up on me - for the past 2 years she has worked with me trying a variety of dietary changes and medications, mine is not a simple fix - when one suggestion didn't work we moved on to the next, she has been the first Doctor that made me feel that she cared. She is kind, knowledgeable, personable, and tenacious. Her office staff has always been efficient and courteous. I can not recommend her enough.

Tried making a new patient appointment I called 10 times in a row before a rude little girl just answered and put me on hold she NEVER came back on after 20 minutes of holding they picked up the line and hung it up VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE IF YOUR FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS NOT PROFESSIONAL NIETHER IS THE DOCTOR so just call your insurance they will have no problem referring you to another specialist like I just did. Dr Bali has been treating my mother since 2018. Doctor Bali has very high ethics, cares tremendously for her patients and is highly dedicated. Her staff members are very dedicated and follow up the calls promptly. Dr Bali takes action. She is very highly experienced, thorough and has a tremendous expertise in her gastric, rectal, colon and liver specialties. My mother has several serious abdomen pain, gastric, chronic acidity digestive and constipation problems for many years. I showed her to many highly experienced specialists and they recommended many tests. After doing many tests and they were not able to diagnose precisely (pinpoint) why she was having the pain. Dr Bali recommended gastro and abdomen related tests and performed procedures and was able to diagnose the problem of the abdomen pain. She prescribed the medicines and was able to alleviate the abdomen pain. In other words, she was able to find the root cause of the problem and the best suitable medical treatment.

I have been going to Doctor Ambika for more than 10 years. Doctor Ambika is very professional, knowledgeable, and the most kindest of all. Doctor Ambika makes you feel comfortable and cares. Her staff has absolutely been the best to work with. Doctor Ambika and her staff deserve more than 5 stars *****

Dr Ambika is a very nice doctor, her staff was very nice too. After 20 years, I recently had my first appointment with Dr Bali, and I am happy with the medical attention I received.

First my husband had an appointment dec 9th 2019. He took the day off work to get there and be told he doesnt have an appointment. The office was dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. That should have been our first clue not to go back.. Today was his rescheduled appointment. I had to have surgery and I'm being discharged today. He called to reschedule his appointment and the woman that first answered hung up on him. Then he called back and the same woman put him on hold and someone else answered. These receptionists are rude and unprofessional. This is no way to run a business let alone a medical office. Great doctor, explained the whole process thoroughly, made me feel as a new patient, that all my needs were being met. The staff is amazing, went above and beyond to treating me nicely and also explaining everything I needed to know. Highly recommend.

Office difficult to get a hold of. Staff offers up no explanation as to why the office doesn’t answer their line. No time for that. Get it together people.

it is hard to get in touch with the doctor's office. it is always busy. They shd have another line for patients to call.

I ignored the negative reviews about this Gastroenterologist and gave her a try. I regret to this day going to her. In order to post this review I have to give her a star. Wish I could give her a zero star rating!

Please don’t go to her!! She didn’t examin my mom, just told her to take a particular medication . I had to ask her questions and she was just guessing

Dr.Bali is an amazing physician. She is very sweet and caring. I love her staff, they are very knowledgable and know how to run a great office. I am so thankful I found this wonderful team. Keep it up!!

I don't know how this doctor practices. She is out of the country half the year and when she is there her staff is the most incompetent nitwits. If they don't hang up on you first, they make all sorts of errors. Even getting an appointment is impossible (expect to wait two months for a consultation- and not because she is good at what she does but because she is never there). Stay away from this "doctor", if you get referred to her don't even bother making an appointment just request a new one.

Dr. Bali is very attentive, detailed and caring doctor. She takes her time with you and makes you feel a little better and hopeful of your condition. I have been seeing her for over a year now and am so happy I found her.

On my first visit, Dr Bali went over the results of my lab works thoroughly with me and explained in layman terms the results and reviewed my medical history. I had the same experience in the follow up visit. She listened to my questions and answered them to my satisfaction. She explained the options available to manage my symptoms, additional tests needed to get a better understanding of the abnormal lab results and made me feel as an active participant in my treatment process.

Excellent doctor, thorough, kind and experienced. She came in for a new patient on her vacation. Nice modern office and excellent staff too!

Absolute worst GI specialist ever!!! Her license should be revoked she has a bad attitude and was of no help. I had an ultrasound done a year ago and never heard back from anyone straight up neglect!!! She obviously doesn't care for her patients or practice doesn't arrive on time to work so petty!! If your medical insurance wants you to come here tell them to send you somewhere else because of how unprofessional and neglectful this doctor and her staff is!!!
