I starting taking my mom to doctor baca,at first I really didn't like the service in the front.new staff kept messing up several thing. All I know is the new hired staff which is his manager jenise Gomez and the receptionist in front Yesenia are always ready to answer my question and quickly resolve my problems.so now doctor baca is our family doctor.awesome service from front of office all the way to the doctor.thanks girls for always dealing with me and assuring me,that my problems were taken care of. Friendly staff, Dr. Is very knowledgeable on giving right dosage of medications not like other Dr.'s in this area.

Dr. Baca has seen me and my entire family for years. He takes the time to really listen to what you need and council you. Staff was attentive and helpful.

I am so upset right now at the staff in the front.he just got new staff and for what.you all lack more training as medical assistant. You need more professionalism when dealing with patients. I know how an office should be run. I have many years of experience ,as a certified nurse assistance and medical assistant. The lack of experience has left my husband without his pain medication the whole weekend and Monday until the doctor comes in. The answering service can't bother him for meds either. Wow what a team. So I guess I am looking into waltzing in to the ER this weekend because none of you thought it was important to delegate a task to someone else. Could of made sure message went all the way to doctor ears. I will give him props he does take care of us, but should choose his staff more cautiously . All the staff at this doctor's office is very unprofessional! I work at a funeral home, and have been trying to get a death certificate signed electronically (like the state requires it to be done) for the past 2 months. I have called numerous times to try to get the issue resolved, and have informed the staff that the State of Texas requires doctors to complete death certificates within a 5 day time period). I'm always told that it will be completed by the end of the day, and it is yet to be completed. The lady who I have been dealing with, Edith, has hung up on me on several different occasions because I'm questioning why the certificate has not been completed. I have also placed a complaint with the Texas Medical Board, and when informing her of the complaint, she stated that she did not care. I have asked to speak to a different person because Edith is not helping me resolve any issues, but I'm still always transferred to her. I would never recommend my family, friends or anyone else to visit this doctors office due to their unprofessional manner of handling things. Dr. Baca is one of the few doctors that actually takes time to talk to us, explain and educate about the disease and the treatment. He is probably the only one that has that attention to his patients here in the Valley.

I nearly died twice because of his misdiagnosis. The first time I had a stroke and he told me that I just had Bell's Palsy, /The 2nd time I was severely anemic and he told me it was nothing. I had to get 2 blood transfusions in order to get back on my feet. He would refuse to run tests for proper diagnosis.
