I am not satisfied with the treatment and don't recommend anyone at all

Dr. Amir Bajoghi is among the few excellent dermatologists in the Woodbridge area and comes with a very impressive Bio. He is the only dermatologist/Mohs surgeon at the Skin/Laser Dermatology Center. You will likely see a nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant for your whole body check. All are very well trained. Nobody wants to hear you need a biopsy. You pray it comes back negative, and if it is negative, you are mad there is a divot on your face. I had what I thought was simply sun damage growing on my nose for three years. The first time I met Susanne Adler, she told me I needed a biopsy. Personally, I thought she was being too aggressive. I saw her again two weeks later, and she never wavered. I have learned a lot about basal cell carcinoma. What you see on the surface is only the tip of the iceberg. All is well???? Thank you Susanne Adler.

Outstanding care from Dr. Bajoghli and his team. Have had skin cancer issues and regular dermatology concerns and always walk away feeling well-cared for. My brother recommended him to me and I also Highly recommend.

They are care only for money, worth customer service. He is my dr for 5 years, and i am still using their prescription. I was about to make an appointment for another service but i will never use this peopel. My copay last year was $20 and i paid will i was there, the service was on August, my copay changed on September. They called me one time foe extra $10 and i explained, they said sorry and hanged the phone so i thought it is all ok now. Today 01/23/23, they called me insted of saying the problem, tretening me to submitting the account for collections., can you anagin to send for collections for $10. Messing with someones creadit for $10 . How cheap people you are i was not die , for sure you colud have your $10 one or the other way, but it was your choice to act like cheap dr. I will call my insurance for the issue, but hopefully you have your $10. Good luck on that

I am very disillusioned with the service I received at Dr. Bajoghli’s office, if one can even call it “service”. I had two appointments that were supposed to be with Dr. Bajoghli, and instead he left it to his medical assistant to collect all of the information and all my concerns, and then he just popped in, popped out while barely exchanging a couple sentences with me. The first time, I admit I was a couple minutes late (I called ahead to let the office know), but the next time I came early and yet I experienced the same issue. This is unfair for two reasons: first of all, I do not know what the assistant said to the doctor about me, so I do not know if he relayed the accurate information to the doctor about my concerns, and secondly, as a patient, I made the appointment and am paying and making time to see Dr. Bajoghli, not his assistant. In terms of Dr. Bajoghli’s team and the office staff, I am even more disappointed. I noticed an extreme lack of diligence, for the following reasons: - Lack of follow-through: At the end of the first appointment, the medical assistant let me know he would follow up with me on something over email the same day. However, several days passed, and I did not get any email from him. I called the office multiple times (both locations) to try to get in touch with him, but he wasn’t available to speak with me. I left my contact information and asked if he can call me back, and I finally got a response from the assistant nine days after he told me he would send the email. - Scheduling error - wrong doctor: for the second appointment, I called to confirm and check ahead of time only to find out the office staff scheduled me with the wrong doctor, instead of Dr. Bajoghli. They had to reschedule me for the next day so that I could see Dr. Bajoghli. - Extremely long wait times: for my second appointment, I came early but they still admitted me about one hour and twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment. Then it was roughly another fifteen minutes before Dr. Bajoghli came to see me. I do not recall even getting an apology. To me, this is indicative of a lack of respect for the patient’s time. - Failure to submit prescription: I called and checked with my local pharmacy multiple times only to find out the office did not transfer my prescription, even days later! I was specific to which pharmacy I wanted it sent. I even called the office to remind them and asked the front desk to remind the doctor too - and then I checked again with the pharmacy. The pharmacy still didn’t get it. Ten days after my appointment, I called the pharmacy again and they told me they still didn’t get it. I have since given up on trying to get my prescription. Dr. Bajoghli’s office is so unresponsive, I am unable to get my prescription. In the span of only two appointments, I encountered this many issues and difficulties. I will not return to this office. As a patient, I deserve better care and respect.

My overall experience with the Skin and Laser Surgery office was a good one. My visit went as planned and there were no complications with my surgery. I thank the staff for their services and would recommend this office to any future patients.

I met Dr. Bajoghli for a tattoo removal many years and since then he has shown me the wonders of expertly considered and done wrinkle prevention, fillers, and more. Completely natural look, basically he just stopped the clock. His recommendations have been on point. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Spectacular results on my leg veins. They bothering me for 15 years and they just disappeared.

Whole family loves to see the doctor. Fixed the scar with laser surgery on daughter's neck and you could not see it at her wedding.

The laser surgery for my lip was a life changer. 120%! Other doctors wanted to cut it out and leave a scar while others wanted to tattoo it. Dr B took care of it. No marks left from a purple, elevated bump on my upper lip.

I always give credit where credit is due; and Dr. Bajoghli deserves 5 stars, he was very professional. Most of all he was kid friendly, with my six year old son, who battles eczema. Which was highly important to me, It is not often that you find many healthcare professionals that are kid friendly. Dr. Bajoghli is very proficient in his line of work and is very thorough. After my sons visit I was confident that my sons treatment recommendations would be successful. I truly wish that I would have found this dermatologist over a year ago. As a breast cancer survivor for 22 years, it was a pleasure to have Dr. Bajoghli assist my issue regarding a cyst on my chest. Over these years I was instructed never to have any procedures that involve needles, or removal. Nevertheless, It was becoming to painful, growing, and chills have always been a issue for years. As of the other day, I finally received relief, and no chills, no chills for over 22 years. May I say, this is a miracle, having Dr. Bajoghli correct my problem with needle injection. Not only did I feel better immediately, my eye issue of having nine retina tears became clearer for my vision . Medication from cancer back in 1998 caused retina issues. Dr. Bajoghli professionalism , kindness in nature make a patient confident with his expertise. Feeling good when ones leaves is so refreshing . The office staff demonstrates much concern with your health issues, giving assurance, and ready to make you feel at ease . Thank You!

I’ve been waiting for my lab results for 3 weeks even though they had them almost 3 weeks ago. I’ve called couple of times and this whole time they had the results. The doctor is interested in what questions than the why questions. I don’t think I’ll be back to this office again

I have been seeing Dr. Bajoghli on and off for many years. Last week I went in to see him because of a sore on my nose. It turned out to be Basil Cancer. He performed surgery and it was a great success. So far very pleased with the outcome.
