My daughter fell off her bike. A few days later, of course on a Saturday, she couldn't bend her elbow so I took her to an Urgent Care. They took x-rays and the doctor thought there was a fracture. They put her arm in a splint. I called Dr. Merchant's office on Monday and he saw her that day. He was very thorough in his physical exam. My daughter can be dramatic, but his calm demeanor put both of us at ease. He reviewed the x-rays with us. He did a very good job explaining to us what the problem was and how long it would take to heal. He is a really nice doctor! I would definitely recommend him.

my daughter broke her ankle in 3 places ..he operated a week later after swelling went down..he has a wonderful calm bedside manner and is very professional ..loved him he made us very comfortable and love his staff ..and my daughters foot is healing better than nicely ..we are a week post surgery now ...and doing well

great doctor took all the time that i needed to answer all of my questions and talk me through the surgery that i need to have. i highly recommend him for anyone needing spinal surgery

my daughter fractured her finger at the base of her hand and needed to see a specialist immediately. I spent hours trying to fnd someone and her PCP recommened Dr Marchant. we went to UHMC & DR Marchant came right away and took care of everything

My 7 year old fracture his wrist and Dr. Merchant made him feel very comfortable.He was very friendly and attentive. He asked questions to try and get an understanding of our needs.
