I traveled from Nashville to have a highly specialized surgical procedure done with Dr. Amy and wish I lived closer to enjoy more of the services they have to offer. The staff is so accommodating and professional. The follow-up and care have been incredible and the results of my procedure are absolutely perfect. My expectations were far exceeded. Just an amazing practice that cares about women's health and well-being. And shout out to Stephanie, Dr Brenner's patient coordinator. She is an expert who has been there the whole time, patiently and thoroughly advising and answering my questions to help guide me every step of the way through the preparation, process and recovery. I did a lot of research to find the right specialist. And it paid off. Dr. Brenner is a master and a super sweet person.

I went here for botox treatment, the office is beautiful and the receptionist was kind and welcoming. The provider not sure her name was horrible no bedside manners came in barely spoke to me and started injecting my face then proceeded to walk out the room. I wanted to give them another chance for a morpheus8 treatment and now they want to charge me 50 dollars for not showing up at a 830am appointment. I called at 8am to cancel office was closed. Sorry with the snow and ice impossible to drive to you guys excuse me for being safe than sorry. Ps. Please stop sending me $50 bills for a no show fee. Came in for the P shot procedure. As one could expect, I was nervous about needles being injected in that area. They did a great job putting me at ease and making me feel comfortable as possible. Procedure went very well and no down time after.

This is the 4th doctor I went to trying to get an endometriosis diagnosis. I have heavy excruciating painful periods and when I told this to the particularly terrible Brittany Fowler- Nurse Practitioner. She recommended an IUD for me. I told her I don’t want to do hormonal medication, so she recommends the Paragaurd (known for making cramping worse and periods heavier). She laughed in my face, and called me “crazy” for wanting Laparoscopy to diagnose me with endo before finding a birth control to try to help tame it. She then tells me that hormonal medication is the best that can pain. She recommends me the Liletta with dollar signs in her eyes and rushes me out the door with a pamphlet about it. While Brittany was clearly just concerned about how much she would make from prescribing me birth control. She clearly had no concern for the pain I was in and I guess doesn’t believe that I have endo despite showing every symptom. I was crying at this point realizing this is just another waste of money, a day off work, and just heartbreaking that I have to continue having awful periods because I can’t find a competent doctor. She lies to me, leaves the room saying she’ll get the office manager. Proceeds to come back with no office manager and makes me do an STD test to have it on file for the Liletta insertion. I start reading the pamphlet to do my own research because Brittany wouldn’t speak to me without insulting me or lying. The very first page of the Liletta under “Important Risk Information” it says do not use use Liletta if you have endometriosis. This woman was actually trying to cause me more pain. She LAUGHED AT ME when I asked for the procedure to diagnose my condition, and proceeded to proscribe something that the manufacturer deems to risky for me. She said I would have a hard time getting Laparoscopy billed as medically necessary. I called my insurance after and they said they cover Lap all the time and it shouldn’t be an issue. I should have know this place is a joke by the botox vial decor and the very fact that they ask you about your biggest insecurities on the medical questionnaire!?! You can’t skip it! The iPad makes you make a selection of a “problem area” before submitting the form. This place is just trying to sell you on cosmetic services while you get bullied by staff. Not professional whatsoever, and also embarrassingly bad “medical” advice. I called the office manager after leaving to explain what happened. She tells me that Brittany told her something totally different. Oh how interesting? Of course she’s not going to tell her boss that she laughed in my face and called me “crazy”. Don’t know how I’m “crazy” for not wanting to be in pain, but thank you for the advice Brittany love. All of this was while Dr. Brenner was on vacation. Do. Not. Go. Here! Absolutely great. All of the ladies are very helpful. They explain everything and put you at ease the moment you walk through the door. For my medical needs I will not go anywhere else.

Coolsculpting- had this done last spring (6 treatments at one time) having done my sides and stomach. It was not cheap even with discount. They guarantee 30-40% results or they redo it at no cost. They said I was ideal candidate. I was happy with sides and upper stomach after 1st treatment but didn’t see a difference in my stomach area. They redid 1 section on the bottom part of stomach only even though I was unhappy with above it / around belly button results and it didn’t make a difference which we all agreed…but didn’t offer to treat it a again or in different way. I am so thankful I found Dr Amy Brenner MD and associates!!! I have been suffering for about 5 years with no relief from any Gynecologist!! During the first pandemic shut down April 2020 I decided to do some exploring online and found Dr Amy Brenner! She virtually saw me April 2020 and said I think I know what you have and as soon as the office reopens I want to see you for a biopsy. The next week she opened safely and did my biopsy and confirmed it was what she thought. She then started therapy ( BHRT) to treat my disease. I am now no longer in constant pain and am feeling much better and this treatment is keeping this disease at bay. I am now the past few months seeing Dr Jennifer Thieman, she is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE TOO!! She is kind , gentle and very knowledgeable about keeping me well and doing what best treats me well for my healing and health!! They tell you the first consultation is free… it’s not. Insurance still billed me. So they should probably stop false advertising that. They also billed it as a 45 minute visit, when I got (maybe) 10 minutes with Dr. Brenner. Who was extremely RUDE with a horrible attitude. She told me I had to fire my endocrinologist if I wanted her help. That was the first thing she told me. Not “sorry for keeping you waiting a full hour” not “nice to meet you how can I help” Nope just “I won’t help you unless you fire your thyroid doctor” Of course they won’t take responsibility for lying twice about the free consultation. This office takes insurance however they have DOUBLE BILLED me. I have the cleared check to prove I paid the exact amount and they continue to harass me. I do NOT recommend going here! They also tried to get my friend on multiple prescriptions and hormones. She declined and feels great. She left this practice after one visit.

I love Amy Brenners office. Every time I visit I have the best experience and everybody is so kind!

I have been a patient here for several years, having gotten hormones. Recently I came in for botox. Everything was explained in detail and guaranteed. 2 weeks later I was back in for a consultation and they tweaked my botox, free of charge. Very satisfied with everything.

I was on hormones for 3 yrs. Even after telling the doctor my mother had breast cancer twice, they said it was safe. Sept. 4th. I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The hormones had been feeding the cancer. My Oncologist was furious that I was given hormones. I'm not saying this would happened to everyone, but it did happen to me. Be careful taking hormones ladies. I did call to discuss this issue probably about 10 times! Nobody...not one person EVER returned my call!! Never did receive a call from your office. My family doctor is the one who called to tell me I had breast cancer, I never heard one word from your office! My oncologist stated that anybody that has a history of cancer in their family on their mother side should never be given hormones . I’m going to believe my oncologist over you.

I have been going to Amy Brenners office for about 4 years now. But have never actually had Dr. Brenner take care of me. This week I went in for a pretty serious procedure, and my regular doctor was not available to do it. So Dr. Brenner was the one to preform it. Let me tell you, Dr. Brenner has the WORST bed side manners when it came to taking care of me and making me feel comfortable. I walked out of the office absolutely bawling my eyes out because of how terribly she handled the entire thing. And to make it even more unprofessional, Dr Brenner was on her phone half the time I was in the procedure room laying on the table. I will continue to go to this office. Wow, I cannot find the words to describe how amazing Dr Brenner and her staff are. They're a team and work together so wonderfully. Omg they are so loving, hospitalable, calming, and respectful. I have never been to an office where the entire staff is awesome. From the front counter to the back. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my entire visits with them. I cannot remember everyone's name so I won't single anyone out bc they were all equally great. Then to top it off, I get a call on a Sat after hours by a staff member to check on me. I have to give Dr Brenner a great deal of credit. It is often difficult for women to be empowered take total control of their reproductive desires, but Dr Brenner listened to me and allowed me to control my future. It was 2014. I was only 31 years old, and married with no children, when I asked Dr Brenner for a permanent birth control method. I knew at a young age that I never wanted to be pregnant. I knew that if I ever wanted a child, I would adopt. In a world where women are often required to have children before doctors will permanently sterilize them, Dr Brenner was a savior for me. It's been 7 years, and I've never regretted my choice, and I cannot thank her enough for listening to me, ensuring I was informed, and ultimately doing what was best for me. While I cannot say that she will do this for anyone who walks through her door. I do know she will listen to you and she will hear you.

Y’all, if you are in the market for PRP for hair loss/restoration, don’t go here. They, like so many others, are just trying to make a buck off of you. Full disclosure: I have had hair loss for 17 years, since I was 16 years old. 17 years when I have extensively researched every form of treatment that I pursue. I can tell you right now that I know more about PRP for hair restoration than anyone in this practice. For one, they have not performed any initial laboratory verification that their PRP samples provide the right concentration of platelets to be beneficial. According to studies, the concentration should be 4-5x higher than serum concentrations. When asked, they informed me that not only do they never perform any laboratory monitoring of their patient samples, they never have done it period. Who knows if their centrifuge machine and process even provides the necessary concentration of platelets?? Next mistake: they do not mix their PRP with an “activating” agent (such as calcium gluconate). Activation of the platelets releases the platelet-derived growth factors and is crucial to the effectiveness of PRP for hair restoration; otherwise, the platelet-derived growth factors essentially sit there intracellularly and are only released gradually as the platelets degrade. Literally, it can make the entire procedure useless if you don’t mix the samples with an activating agent. When I asked them all of these questions, I could tell the staff was floored by being asked such detailed questions regarding their processes – I was told, verbatim, “no one has ever asked these types of questions before.” Yes, that is because I do not mess around with snake oil BS with my hair. I have been there, done that, and I am only interested in practices that have shown the most benefit. It is NOT as simple as spinning the blood sample down and injecting the plasma into the scalp. There is REAL SCIENCE involved, this practice just isn’t interested in it because why bother when people are still willing to pay for it anyway? At the end of the day, they actively refused to provide the service to me (I wasn’t interested in the service anyway) but of course I had to pay a non-refundable consultation fee of $200-250. I believe in the capability of PRP to work for many of us who are losing hope in maintaining our hair – unfortunately those making money off our suffering don’t care enough about helping us. Would not recommend for laser hair removal. Quite disappointed with the service. I have been doing laser for more than a year now and I have never experienced such a bad service. First experience I had they burned my armpits leaving dark hyperpigmentation marks. I experienced a lot of pain... not to mention how awful the marks look. Even though I was nervous I still decided to tryst them and go for a Brazilian appointment. I was disappointed to find that the area was Not treated thoroughly At all (it took a total of 10 minutes maximum instead of the normal 30) and the skin was not even flared which would be a normal reaction. Minimum attention to the area for 235 dollars... a complete rip off. Please be careful while choosing your laser place, even though they burned my armpits and provided a dissatisfactory service, the manager was aggressive and unwilling to see our point of view when we talked to her about her concerns. When we brought up our concerns they would hold over our heads how they ordered the burn cream for the marks that THEY caused, as if it was something so extraordinary. I recently moved to Ohio and was looking for a new injector. I was really hoping this would be the place as it seems they offer a good variety of services overall. I decided to try them out with their Botox service. After consultation, it was suggested that I receive a higher dosage for “the 11’s” than what my previous injector was doing. I trusted this advice and proceeded with the recommendation. Sadly, the placement of the Botox was poor and I have seen less results with much more Botox injected. After the initial injections, Dr. Thieman requested that I follow up after 10 days. After 10 days there were barely any results as the correct muscles creating the creasing was not injected. At the 10 day visit she injected an additional six units which resulted in DOUBLE the amount of Botox I had typically received (with fabulous results) from my previous injector. With the addition of the six units I now have uneven brows, as she still did not inject in the proper area on the one side. I felt Dr. Thieman was insecure and less experienced than I desire in someone injecting Botox. This is evident in her injection skills, which clearly shows on my face for the next 90 or so days, I imagine overtime if I continued seeing her and kept going back for her 10 day follow ups she would eventually figure out where to inject for the best results...I’m just not willing to let her practice on my face. I had a great experience with Amy Brenner, I have been diagnosed with a rare condition, I had been to four other doctors with not much hope, she made me feel at ease, had a treatment plan for me and was well educated about my condition. I would recommend this office to anyone. Her and her staff are great!
