I have had a bad experience with this office. They are refusing to see patients that have symptoms. I have a cough and called to make an appointment to check for potential bronchitis and they said that they are not seeing clients in the office that have a cough, but that I can make a virtual appointment. When I asked how they would check for bronchitis virtually they suggested that I go to an urgent care. I do not understand why this practice is open when they are not helping patients that are sick. I would not recommend coming here if you are sick or really ever when they clearly do not care about their patients.

Unfortunately, I was seeing this doctor and in the age of covid they refuse to see clients with any symptoms that are related to covid in any way. They might as well not be considered doctors due to the fact that they will not treat anyone any longer that is sick. I told the doctor that I have had a cough and they said that if a patient has a cough they can schedule a virtual appointment. When I said that I am concerned about bronchitis and was wondering how they would listen to my lungs they said that they recommend going to an urgent care. I would not recommend going to this doctor if you need medical assistance or are sick.

I've been seeing Dr. Amy Gruber for a few years, and I feel very lucky to be under her care. She's always thoughtful, informed, caring and gives me advice that I trust implicitly. I only wish the entire Medical System was this good!

We have been using Dr Gruber and Chatham Family Practice for over 15 years. They have a great staff and friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anu local family.
