She was the best doctor to both my boys !

Dr. Kowalski is great but in the last year or so the hold time just to make an appointment is ridiculous and the wait time in the office has declined. I also have to wait almost a month to get my son in to see ANY doctor. Not worth the wait anymore.

Good doctor. The wait is ridiculous.....every time. It’s a great time with a sick child.

What a great experience! We were referred to Dr. Amy recently and I wish I brought my girls earlier! Staff was awesome, she was great...took the time to listen! The office is very inviting with colors and a fishtank my baby loved. The wait time was nothing, I wasnt even finished filling out new patient info before they called us back. Baby (16 months) wasnt scared like she was with are other doc...not even a peep until the very end when she had to check her private area. We will be back again and I'm bringing my 7 year old too! Dr. Kowalski is nice, however, she is not worth waiting over an hour to see. Each time I’ve been to the office, I’ve had an extensive wait with a newborn baby. Also, the girls at the front desk are rude, and the medical assistants measured my baby inaccurately all 3 times. Needless to say, I found a new PCP for my son. Would not recommend this office. I must start by saying Dr Kowalski is a great pediatric physician. I would highly recommend her as your child’s doctor, however her support staff is by far the worst I’ve experienced in my 50 years of life. Unfortunately 70% of your visit is with the support staff so they are a major part of any Dr visit. The front office needs a lesson in customer service. I pay a ridiculous amount of money for medical insurance so yes, I am their customer. They consistently seem bothered that I am there with either of my sons and are very condescending in everything they do and say. I fill out the same ridiculous paperwork every time I’m there with the same ridiculous amount of information - Information they already have on file. So it is redundant, beurocratic, and a complete waste of my time. Today was a new all time low. My 17 year old son requested we make a Dr appointment for him as he is worried he has pneumonia. We made the appointment but we “had to” accompany him to the appointment. The boy is old enough to drive, old enough to work, even old enough to be at college but he can’t go to the Dr by himself?????? What’s wrong with this picture? He got to the office before me and they would not give him the paperwork to start filling out. If you can overlook these kinds of short comings from the office staff, Dr Kowalski is a great choice. Absolutely love her care and consideration. She always listens to my concerns about my son and she is always quick to respond and help to ease our mind. Couldn’t ask for a better PCM for my son. Thank you Dr. Kowalski!

Our kids have been seeing Dr Kowalski for 6 years now. She is great and always very thorough. We never feel rushed. We recommend her to everyone.

The staff is very nice! Dr. Kowalski is nice as well. They genuinely care about their patients and I appreciate that.

My kids loved Dr. Kowalski. She was straight forward, and good with boys and girls. My daughter went to Dr. Kowalski until she was 21, and would still go to her if she could.

Best pediatrician I have found in the area. Will always recommend her. We drive 45 minutes to see here when needed.
