She seems to lack empathy and understanding of her patient's Concerns. Comes across as judgemental.
I have a pain pump inbedded in my body. My pain doctor is reducing the medication in my pump because, he says, I have too high a dose. Since the last dose change I've been on the edge of detoxing every day. I asked Dr. Nambiar to help. She couldn't really come up with anything, but handed me a flyer about John Muir's in-house detoxing facility. She wasn't uncaring as another patient declared. She cared, she just didn't have the tools to help me. I am moving now on to a pain management clinic at UCSF.
