Such a terrible place to try to get an appointment in. The Dr himself is fine but the scheduler genuinely does not care about calling people back to schedule life saving screening exams. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment elsewhere unless you have months to wait. How these people get hired is beyond me. Dr. Indaram, do better. This is how you lose patients. This doctor should be working at a corporate office. I have had two appointments with him and he does not get out from behind his desk and properly greet his patients. He sits behind his desk typing. Granted, he has to write notes for the previous patient, however, he is TYPING and it takes him over 15 minutes to see the next patient, even though they are seated in the exam room -- You would think he is writing a book. He is too comfortable and he is extremely rude. I had to let him know that he was talking to an adult, not his child. He wouldn't keep fussing with me and also had to tell him that we can disagree until the day is over and still won't find a resolution. He also felt like he was doing me a favor for seeing me 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and may I add, I arrived more than an hour before my scheduled time. I waited patiently for close to two hours before being seen, without saying a word because I was conscious that there were patients who had earlier appointments. I decided to leave the exam room and wait in the waiting area when I was seated looking at the wall for about 20 plus minutes. I told the nurse, it was ridiculous and I preferred to wait in the waiting area. He does not do any type of exams on you either. You go to his office, sit down and all he does is ask one or two questions. Don't go to this doctor with high expectations. I have never run into a physician like him. He has a condescending tone. Everyone's experience is different, but I will never return to this uneducated doctor. They forgot to teach him how to treat patients when he was going for his degree.

If I could leave this office a negative staring I would. From the moment you walk into this office in Great Neck you question what you are doing here. From the staff behind the desk that is incompetent to the dirty waiting room. Then to find out that you have to wait HOURS just to get your procedure is out of hand. Then months after the service the office TEXT you a photo of your bill from their personal cell phone. Do your self a favor and find another doctor the worst I have ever experienced.
