Blood work completed in advance of visit. This is one thing I really like is to complete my blood work prior to seeing the doctor on a regularly scheduled visit as well as being able to see the results before I see him as well through the patient portal on line. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. I am a difficult stick for blood but the nurse was terrific, painless and only one stick which is not usually the case in other places.

I had no trouble getting an appointment and was seen by the doctor in a timely manner. I was sent for a chest x-ray at Greenview Hospital on 03-10-20, and expected to hear back from the doctor that afternoon. I did not hear back that day or the next day and I had to call on 03-12-20 to get the results of my x-ray. Thank goodness I did not have anything serious. This may not have been Dr. Rowland's fault but I did think I should have been notified as to what the hold up was and not left wondering.

The Glasser Clinic and Dr Rowland demonstrate best in class customer service and top class patient care. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Rowland is a fine young doctor. He is up on the latest medical information He isn’t an alarmist. He is respectful and sincere in his kind demeanor. I felt horrible yet tested negative for the flu twice. He came up with the best game plan and I believe it prevented me from getting much sicker. I am thankful.

I experienced brief chest tightness three times over a five day period. Although I was not alarmed, I wanted to be cautious given a family history of heart problems. Dr. Rowland's office scheduled an appointment quickly and then scheduled an appointment that afternoon with a cardiologist. I was thankful to learn the same day my episodes were not heart related.

Dr Rowland, takes his time, listens well, I didn't feel like he was in a rush. I would recommend him, he is not the Doctor I see regularly but I was satisfied with his exam and treatment.

I appreciate the fact that he is so approachable and down to earth. He is very informative and takes the time you need to explain your problem. He is not condescending but generates trust by his calm accurate assessments. I like the fact that he gives me options and allows me to choose and does not believe in taking unnecessary tests but allows me to make that choice.

My first visit went very well. Wait time was about 15 minutes. Kim was very professional and kind. Dr. Rowland was pleasant and low key which was just great for me. This was my third visit to a doctor trying to get help for chronic cough, achiness, and drainage. He was thorough in his assessment. I left feeling confident I had finally gotten the help and concern I so desperately needed.

Dr. Rowland is a very caring doctor. He does something that most doctors don't, he listens to you and then talks to you about your issues and works hard to find ways to help you.
