Awesome doctor. Smart and intuitive!

After numerous times telling Dr. Ely my mom was a addict, she continued to prescribe painkillers.

I appreciate Dr. Ely sharing her knowledge. She uses her time to understand what your concerns are every visit I’ve had. Always a patient caring provider.

Dr Ely is a very caring person and cares deeply for her patients. Her staff are very helpful also

Since I wrote this things has extremely changed. Sorry to say. I'm greatly disappointed on how things have turn out.being late no big deal. But not returning calls and being on a blood pressure medication that work over 20 years not expensive in which she did in the past renew it let me go over two weeks with nothing. Highly recommend. Dr. Ely made me feel at ease immediately and she was very patient and caring.

Dr Ely is the best! She runs late because she does spend so much time with each patient. I call ahead to see if I should arrive a little later. I’d happily wait for a doctor as caring and concerned as Dr Ely! Only good things to say!

Dr. Ely is very thorough and does take her time with you as needed. She may run a little late but I would rather have a doctor who does that than rush you out the door.

Dr. Ely is very kind, compassionate and caring. We are very thankful that she takes care of both our parents and even visits with them when they're admitted to advent health hospital. She is a wonderful physician and we are lucky to have her as our family doctor!

Dr Ely is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She always takes the time needed to discuss my issues. She always appears to be genuinely glad to see me and knows everything about me. She even talked me into quitting smoking! I love her!

You can't find a more caring and thorough doctor than Dr. Ely anywhere!!!

Dr. Ely has been a great family doctor for myself and my husband. We trust her judgement and we feel happy to have a family doctor who understands our medical history. I told her recently that "she is my best doctor ever".

Dr. Ely is an excellent physician. What I find completely unacceptable is how late she runs for appointment times. As we speak, I have waited for 1 hour and 6 minutes. When I checked with the front desk staff, I was told the two appointments scheduled prior to me are still being seen. My time is as valuable as hers. So...only one star. Dr Ely, Is always late, and I don't care BECAUSE she is very very thorough and listens to her patients. When a Dr listens to her Patients as much as Dr Ely does she gets to real health issue quicker and take corrective action quicker. SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP

Dr. Ely is the most incredible Doctor. I noticed that other reviewers have complained that she runs late...and if she is a few minutes late, I guarantee it is because she is spending necessary time with an important patient. Dr. Ely is absolutely amazing. She's a caring, thoughtful doctor that also knows how to get down to the health problems you need addressed so she doesn't waste your time. Her staff gets prescription work done insanely fast, too. My only complaint is that she is so hard to book because she's so busy! It's no wonder, though, since she is probably the best Primary Doctor I've ever had. If you are looking for a new primary care doctor (and she has availability), go with Ely. -patient of 7+ years. I have recommended Dr. Ely to a friend who agrees with me about the high quality of Dr. Ely's care. Her compassion and empathy are matched by the great confidence that she instills in her patients due to her intelligence and medical knowledge. She is a wonderful physician.
