Amazing doctor. She really takes the time to listen to her patients and give good medical advice. She makes me feel heard and valued during each visit and I don’t always get that from doctors, unfortunately.

Dr. Jeffress is absolutely horrible. The past couple appointments I had with her, she spent less than 2 minutes in the room. Dismissed me, my questions and concerns as if she couldn’t possibly be bothered and had much better things to do. My most recent appointment with her was exactly the same. Wound up making an appointment with a different doctor who immediately wanted laparoscopy done to find answers about possible endometriosis pain. The new doctor also drained a cyst that Jeffress told me was no big deal, that no one would ever do anything surgical for. When I tried asking Jeffress about possibilities of endometriosis before her shoving me out the door (I had been dealing with severe pain for 6 months+ and other tests had turned up negative), she said “Oh yeah if that’s what it is birth control can fix that.” and left the room. I’m so thankful I went to a different doctor who is helping me find answers to my pain, helping me get healthy and get my life back. Dr. Jeffress is absolutely horrible. This was my 1st visit with Dr. Jeffress. I arrived 20 min. prior to my scheduled appt. time as requested. After having waited 40 min., and 20 min. after my appt. time, I asked the receptionist to confirm my appt. time. She did so and nonchalantly told me they'd be with me shortly. The nurse called me back at 30 min. past my appt. time. The nurse was rude, treated me with disdain, and was hostile towards me. Upon checking out, I admit that they made me laugh when asked if i wanted to reschedule!

I saw a midwife throughout my pregnancy. I had to have a c section due to my anatomy. Dr. Jeffress was Amazing!!! She was really nice. Also I didn’t have any issues with healing and the scar looks good.

Horrible doctor! Never looked at patient record. On my first time visiting her, she thought I was one of her old patients. Didn't ask any of my medical/family history. The second time seeing her as routine exam waited for 1 hour. Two weeks later, visited her per HER request, she greeted me as a new patient, and asked me the reason for visit.
