Dr. Andrea Mariani

I had the most traumatic experience with dr Mariani. I came to him with my endometriosis, after having a hysterectomy, and with severe PCOS cramping. He agreed to remove my ovaries then cancelled the night before after going through prep, because he couldn’t bear making me infertile after having a hysterectomy. When I went to the ER after this with severe pain I was given pain medication then separated from my mother when she took a call and put in the psych ward because I wanted this surgery and couldn’t be in my right mind to be willing to do this to end my pain.

Dr. Mariani handled what was supposed to be a minor surgery that turned to and hysterectomy, appendectomy. He had such compassion when telling me the morning after surgery that I have cancer. I will never forget that moment and his care and comfort we so helpful to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Mariani

You will not find a finer or more compassionate surgeon than Dr Mariani. In one week he eliminated pain I had suffered for 6 months.

He took what was a potentially overwhelming situation for me and very patiently broke it down giving me several options. I never felt rushed but rather a tremendous sense of calm. After initially seeing another doctor/surgeon in another city, we met with Dr. Mariani to treat/care for my wife with ovarian cancer. Our confidence completed changed for the better after meeting with Dr. Mariani and his team. Excellent care from consultation through post surgery follow-up.
