My Mom and I love Dr Ruiz. He is very personable and friendly and easy to talk to. And he’s a good Doctor. There is usually at least a half hour wait in a crowded waiting room but there is more than one doctor seeing patients and there is also cardiac testing being done. The whole staff is very friendly.

I had the opportunity to bring my dad to Dr. Ruiz for the first time. Dr. Ruiz along with Clara, his assistant was just exceptional. Very professional, very compassionate and took the time listen to our concerns. Dr. Ruiz even agreed to take my dad on as his PCP, which it’s not the service that Dr. Ruiz usually does but for my dad he did. So this just gives me the peace of mind that I have a doctor such as Dr. Ruez who will take care of my dad as his primary care physician but also his cardic care doctor. I recommend anyone to choose this physician practice as they are healthcare provider.

I see the doctor every six months for a checkup. He makes you fell welcome and the visit fells like you just met last week.

Dr. Ruiz and the office we very timely, he answered all my questions, and did not rush the visit.

Easy to talk to and he explained the options needed to possibly eliminate one of my medications which I was not aware of.

I was very impressed with the organization of this office. Several nurses to assist and I was impressed at how well the office flowed as all patients were cared for in a timely manner. Nurse Carla was wonderful and very caring. I thought Dr Ruiz to be very caring as well and basically a well run office ????

Very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Made me feel at ease as I am a new patient. Also he has been treating my husband for a few years now and is very satisfied with his excellent care.

Dr. Ruiz made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease during my first appointment. He has a great bedside manner with his patients.

Long wait, but cell phones help time past. I’m recently retired, so my time is flexible :-) When I get into to see the doctor, I always feel like I’m visiting with one of my buddies.

I appreciate that Dr Ruiz answered my question. His assistant “M” follows up well.
