I have been a patient of South Hadley Adult medicine for over 3-4 years since my previous physician, [...] retired. Initially, because of retirements, I was passed around to several different providers over those beginning years. I am glad that I am now seeing Dr. Andrew Fay. I am pleased with his care of my medical health.

I couldn't give Fay a higher rating as it was my first appointment with him since taking over my PCP duties [...]. I'm sure that in time he'll inch his way up to a 10

This was my first time with Dr F... - This was my first time with Dr Fay[...] and I feel he will be a great Dr for my overall health. I told him my plans to loose more weight and get glucose and cholesterol at a much lower range (they are borderline) than they are. I'm hoping to avoid all meds and think he will be a great help. I've been at the lower weight where everything was in check. I was happy with my visit.

They will discharge you from their patient list if you don't go donate your yearly copay for a few years in a row. Now I'm stuck needing a pre surgery physical and they consider me a new patient which which they are not accepting anymore.

Excellent Dr, never had any issues. Been with him a long time and would highly recommend, everyone has bad days or issues with their Doctor, I find it hard to believe he has anything less than 5 stars. My only complaint is the Prostate check, nothing like a finger wave with large fingers....????????

I am 46 years old and this doctor was my first adult medicine doctor I had him for over 20 years. Approximately five years ago I did a lot of traveling for work and had to cancel my physical(which was scheduled eight months in advance by them not me). And was dropped without even being notified until recently when I needed to see my doctor and they told me I was no longer a patient. I then asked how do I become reinstated as he is the only doctor I’ve ever known and they said we have to ask if he is accepting you. They then called me back a day later and said yes he will take you back on as a patient and scheduled me a physical for February of next year. I have since been diagnosed with COVID-19 and have been told by the ER and technicians to contact my primary for further instructions. At which point I called Dr. Fays office and was told I am technically not his patient until I’ve been seeing for a non-medical emergency? I don’t understand this but I will be looking for a new primary care doctor today so thank you very much Baystate health for your concern of patients. Excellent primary care physician, he and his staff have a genuine concern for patients.

Dr. Fay is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Easy to speak to and an asset to Baystate Medical.
