I've been a patient of Nurse Practitioner Fields for about 3 years, but since the onset of COVID his care has declined significantly. For starters, he will no longer see sick patients in person, even if they test negative for COVID. What is the point of a doctors office if the doctor (or nurse practitioner) won't see you when your sick? When I contracted strep throat, he told me that he couldn't see me and that I would have to go to urgent care or the hospital immediately. The last time I was actually allowed to visit for a routine check-up (N.P. Fields prefers these), his office sent my bill to a collection agency before ever notifying me. The bill was $30. My family has been going here for years, but it's time for a change. Anyone know any good doctors in town? I never ever thought I’d find a doctor like the one I left in VA, but Andrew Fields is THAT ONE. He is kind, and LISTENS. He is proactive and courteous. He didn’t just recommend that I go to PT, he sat down in front of me and CALLED them, and made sure that if the office was too far, that theyd allow me to switch to another office with no hassle. He knew about an autoimmune disorder that I have, that most doctors have no knowledge of! He actually CARES. He’s not just in it to wear a medical degree on his shoulders. I’ve been going to Andy Fields-NP for the past 6 years! One of the best ever, for sure. He is upfront and honest with you. I highly recommend him to any and everyone.

He is the best Nurse practitioner he should be a doctor. He kind understanding and listen to my concerns. He's been my NP for over 2 years I would definitely recommend him

Andy Fields is thee best primary I have ever had in my 66 years! Andy literally saved my life and my 95 year-old dad's life with two separate life threatening conditions that others didn't recognize. Andy is my primary for life! Bravo Andy!

He is very kind. I have been seeing him for a few years now for a range of issues. He listens to all of my concerns and is very thorough. When I had some severe anxiety issues during a visit, he gave me a hug and assured me he would get me feeling better and I would be ok. That is rare for a dr to even care that much. I have an extensive medical history and have been seen by many physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants and I can say that Andrew Fields is the worse kind of physician I have ever encountered. He didn't listen to me even when I showed him the exact tests that were ordered by his office, he actually had to bring up his phone and google something because I knew more than he did. He was abrasive, dismissive and honestly just rude. I do not recommend.

The best i have ever seen,he should be a doctor. He was kind took his time gave me a complete exam he is a life saver and very smart! He took his time listen and even was very helpful with all my questions

Dr. Fields is hands down the best Primary Care manager I have ever had. I have been seeing him for over six years and will continue to see him as long as he is in practice. He is an excellent Doctor and takes the time to ensure your questions are answered and medical needs addressed, which is a rarity in the medical field today. He is a gem of a Doctor! He is awesome! He's easy to talk to and spend enough time to make sure all bases are covered. Easy to get in to be seen if you need to be seen at the last minute. Seems to really care about his patients!
