DrKirsch and his staff have been awesome any concerns that I have they are always there to help. My son has had so many visits to the hospital even during the holidays and their on call pediatrician always called back and help. Very great ful I got recommended to them.

Dr. Kirsch is an AMAZING doctor! He's been overseeing my daughter's care from the day she was born, 8 years ago. We are truly grateful for him and how thorough is. He cares!

Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience at this office. We did not feel like our concerns were heard regarding our child and we felt very rushed through the appointment. We will be going elsewhere for a second opinion.

Excellent service, supportive information that took away fears of unknown,he respect my son and me.

Dr Kirsh and his staff have been incredible from making our first appointment, to surgery, to follow-up. We would highly recommend him!

Dr Kirsch is professional but also sensitive with patients and their parents during health scares. He did excellent work on my son and he is fully healthy thanks to Dr Kirsch and the team at Egleston.

Waited two hours just to hear them say my child’s name wrong but they skipped us less than a minute. I just walked out at that point. My Son had another appointment with his primary Doctor.

Our 2 yrs old is Dr Kirsch's patient and we couldn't have asked for a better doctor for him. He explains things in the language that a non-medical professional can understand and takes a really good care of his patients.

I don't know that words can adequately express my appreciation for Dr. Kirsch. Around 5.5 years ago, I took my son in to GA Urology for what I thought would be a relatively routine visit. After some testing, we were surprised to discover that he had several very unusual, alarming and serious urological issues. Dr. Kirsch handled his case with determination, professionalism and compassion. Not only did he look after my son, but he was also thorough and caring when answering my questions and addressing my many concerns. It was not an easy road, but I am thankful for Dr. Kirsch's involvement every step of the way. The improvement and progress made in my son's urological health is nothing short of remarkable, and I give Dr. Kirsch and his staff all the credit in the world. My daughter has been a patient of Dr Kirsch/Smith/Scherz (all of whose names I've seen on many bills) for 6 years and we have never seen any of them in person. The nurses, Kristin Wellman and Shannon Suarez are wonderful, but the lack of communication is frustrating. For example, one time we went in for a check-up and they took my daughter's urine just in case. Then I get a call from a pharmacy in another part of town that I've never used saying there was a prescription for her ready. I thought it was a mistake, but after another couple tries I returned the call to the pharmacy to find out my daughter had yet another UTI and no one at GA Urology called to tell me, let alone asked which pharmacy to send it to. My daughter has only one fully working kidney so every UTI is pertinent. This is one of may instances where the communication fell through. Their billing is also confusing, I am guessing this is intentional and the figures change on each new mailing. I would not recommend.

Wait was a little long but once I asked why we were still waiting they got us to Dr. Kirsch. He was awesome. My son liked him very much.

We travelled 2 hours to see Dr. Kirsch and we are very thankful that we did. We were treated with the utmost care and consideration. ALL the staff were kind and greeted us with smiles. Thank you for taking care of our precious son. Anyone considering going to see Dr. Kirsch, GO, you won't be sorry.

The staff at the Glenridge office are always exceptional. Andrea at the front desk was really delightful to deal with on a Friday morning. Andrea, our ultrasound technician, is always pleasant, funny, and efficient. Dr. Kirsch has done a wonderful job explaining my child’s procedures and making his care feel like a collaborative effort. We had such a great experience with Dr. Kirsch. We had to re-circumcise our son and he was informative, understanding, and concise during our appointments. On the surgery day, his bedside manner was delightful, understanding, and again concise - which helped ease our nerves! After the surgery we were very pleased with the results and once again during our follow up visit, Dr. Kirsch was helpful and concise. I would highly recommend him for any pediatric urology care! If a zero star rating were possible, I'd pick that. Dr Kirsch did both a Mitrofanoff and MACE procedure on me 7 years ago that he completely botched. They got infected, and I have not been able to use either one. Especially in regards to the MACE, his ineptitude has made my life more difficult that it needs to be. He is hard to forgive, as he is one the most pompous, arrogant individuals I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Now that I'm out of college and have some time, I'm seeking to have that procedure revised at Johns Hopkins. If a zero star rating were possible, I'd pick that. Intelligent, kind, genial doctor. Would recommend to anyone. Surely a favorite among kids and adults alike!

Dr. Kirsch did my three year old's circumsision and I could not have asked for a more professional doctor. He was kind and insured us that there was nothing to worry about

My daughter is a patient with Dr. Kirsch. He performed procedures that have made my daughter's special needs much more manageable. Any issues we have had, Dr. Kirsch has helped us resolve them.

Dr. Kirsch and his staff are phenomenal! They are always so accommodating in seeing our son in a pinch. Dr. Kirsch has such a great bedside manner, and my son was really comfortable with him, which made our visit a million times easier! I can’t say enough good things about him.

Terrible time of waiting even you have apt, but when he come , he not spend time with patient , he is rushing in and out in second your question and concern ever get an answer. Because I trust on other review but unbelievable that other reviews him more then one star I really want why and how? Please write the review honest , I am very upset that he rushing surgery for my daughter , we been told that surgery about two hours but he get it done no more than (45) minutes, when he call us up he already in his suite and he rushing us, I ask him why the surgery when so quick than we were told, he say yes everything when good, then he couldn’t let us have any questions about our daughter , he say I have a dinner to go and he rush out, when he speak with us just ask the hall way of cafeteria , when we walk to recovering room to see our daughter she not even waking up yet!!! After the surgery my daughter when home with an infection has to admit to ER 3 time after that terrible Thank you TT

Dr. Kirsch completely botched a combination Mitrofanoff and MACE procedure that he did on me. The surgical sites became severely infected and I have not been able to use either one. Especially in regards to the MACE procedure, his ineptitude has made my life more difficult than it needs to be. He is also the most pompous, condescending individual with whom I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. Now that I'm out of college. I'm going to Johns Hopkins for a revision. Run from this guy.

Fantastic pediatric urologist. My son is 5 1/2 and had to have an epispadias repair. I was was nervous, but he was great and my son is not having an problems. It has almost been two weeks. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Was a quick appointment but he listened to all my concerns for my 4 month old.

So far our experience with Dr. Kirsch has been excellent. He is attentive, thorough in his explanations and has set our minds at ease with regard to our newborn son's treatment. We appreciate him very much and would recommend him to anyone.

Our pediatrician recommended Dr. Kirsch, I will forever follow her recommendations from here on. He cares about your child's condition and explains it clearly, what more can a parent ask for.

Dr Kirsch was very kind and gentle with our newborn son. His demeanor and bedside manner was extremely caring. He didn't rush us, and he answered all of our questions in great detail. I would highly recommend him to any parents in need of a Urologist for their child.
