I'm surprised by some of the bad reviews for Dr. Moormann. My oral problems stem from another disorder, and when my condition was at its worst, Dr. Moormann helped me. He helped me; he didn't judge me. And when I needed a slight tune up, he had me in the office immediately. I cannot speak about, or for, those whom may or may not have had a bad experience. There are always exceptions which prove the rule. I can say, however, Dr. Moormann and his staff are professional, kind, courteous and most importantly, made me comfortable each time I visited. This is shared from a friend. Horrible horrible horrible. I’ll admit I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple years. I’ve suffered from bad depression and I let it get the best of me and my teeth took the brunt of it. I had made an appointment with Dr. Moorman and when the front desk lady checked me in she was nothing but nasty. She gave me my fathers papers from prior saying my mom wasn’t answering the phone so she couldn’t get our insurance. Turns out she was calling a medical office and not my mother and the insurance on the paper was an insurance my family has never had before. After I told her she was not calling my mom and in fact her work number she quickly changed her attitude. Anyways, I had to get 6 I believe cavities filled. First time I went in with no problems he did a good job on my bottom 2 teeth. Last week I went in to get the other teeth filled and I wished I hadn’t gone there. He ended up chipping a tooth he “filled”. With another tooth, I couldn’t even floss without being in immense pain and bleeding. I went in today to get my tooth reshaped and have him look at my gums that were in pain. He made up some bs excuse that my tooth is naturally supposed to be chipped like that. I told him I had picture proof from the day prior that my tooth was never chipped before. He then looked at my teeth that were bleeding and causing me pain. He didn’t numb me or anything so I felt every single pain as he flossed my teeth with not only floss, but a piece of metal too! I groaned in pain the entire time and I was dripping in sweat from how bad it hurt after. When I got into my car I noticed a gash in my gums. He cut my gums today. Amazing experience!!! Our whole family switched to Dr. Moormann, after so many dentist we finally found the one who will not fix what is not broken. Informative, honest and gentle dentist. We came for a second opinion , and canceled our teenagers dental appointment with previous dentist, there were no cavities to be filled after all. God bless him! Amazing experience!!! My family loves this dentist and all those who work alongside of him. He is kind and makes time to reassure you and explain what needs to be done. We highly recommend him and wouldn't choose anyone else to take care of our family.

Be warned .... his work ALWAYS FAILS ! My crown failed and got infected and another dentist had to extract the tooth all at my own cost and a great deal of pain. My wife had a crown done and also failed and at our own cost at another practice we had to have it taken care of. My wife also has a filling ......and you guessed it, it failed. By far the worst dentist we have seen in all our travel globally. There is another dental practice in Burr Ride. We highly recommend you go there. We should have taken my sister in law’s advice and go to the other dental practice in Burr Ridge. Be warned .... his work ALWAYS FAILS ! Amaizing office..

GREAT!!! very professional, very clean, very kind, can not describe how good my experience was. Recommend to all in need! Thank you doctor Andrew.

He works very very fast. The cleaning is about 10 minutes. He explains what he is doing...doesnt look at my gums that need improvement. His TV is very large.

Great dentist! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk with.

Great Staff and Doctor. Cleanings and quick and efficient. They have evening hours and weekends making it practical for people who work. Doctor is well educated on dentistry and cares about his patients.

My family has been coming to Dr. Moormann for a dozen years or more. His staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr Moormann himself is absolutely FANTASTIC. He explains everything that needs to be done and he will also do his best to make it entirely pain free.

Evening & Weekends Patience with kids Pediatric Dentistry

Fantastic staff and very comfortable rooms for the patients with big screens to entertain or distract. Really came through when I had cracked crown/cap and got me in immediately! Great value for the cost.

I had broken a tooth and could not reach my Dentist. I was able to get a convenient appointment with Dr. Moormann quickly. I have continued to see Dr. Moormann since that time and have been very pleased with all services provided.

dr moorman is very professional and knows what hes doing. the staff is very nice and the office is very clean .after years of going to a lot of inexperienced dentist I finally found a dentist I can trust I would recommend to others
