Dr. Pratt is a caring and knowledgeable dentist. He is relaxed and especially great for people with problem teeth, which is rare to find. His practice has all the latest technology to make your visit easy, painless, and time efficient. His staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Dr Pratt has taken the time to keep up on modern dental technology. For example, he can make a cap for your tooth the same day as the procedure. He is one of the best dentist in the Chadds Ford area.

I haven't had serious dental work done in 10 yrs but today when Dr. Pratt rid me of my last metall filling and put a crown on it I was so shocked and pleased! Just a few minutes after a hour I was in and out. I can only remember yucky impressions then a two week waiting period before I would get a crown then hoped it worked. Such professionalism and friendly. I can say I am a happy camper in Awe of the technology! Thank you Dr. Pratt and staff!

Dr Pratt and his team are doing an exceptional job with their precautions for operating with the Coronavirus still among us. They have a cloth mask and a hard plastic shield. And each examination room is enclosed with heavy plastic with a magnetic opening. And they are checking temperatures at the front desk. I felt very safe! And I highly recommend him....he does great dental work, including root canals!

I had to have a root canal done and saw Doctor Pratt for the procedure and for His generous offer of a discount on the procedure. The staff was fast, polite, and helpful. Not only did I get into my appointment on time but early. Doctor Pratt did an excellent job on the procedure, he was fast and professional. The first thing you do after closing the office door is to have your temperature taken. There are plexiglas barriers between you and the reception staff. The hygienist escorting you back is fully gowned and masked. Each room is closed off with full-length curtains closed floor-to-ceiling by full-length magnets. The sonic, water-irrigated plaque remover is used only very sparingly to avoid creating aerosols in the room that might be contaminated, and once working the hygienist wears a face shield in addition to being masked. You stay in your car in the parking lot upon arrival until texted, or called, that they are ready for you, so no sitting in the waiting room with others. All obvious precautions are being taken, with care and precision.

Recent visit was to replace a crown that had fallen off. I called when it happened, got an appointment for 2 days later, was seen without delay, and the re-fixing procedure was completed quickly and efficiently. Also, Dr. Pratt was very clear and open about the possibility of recurrence and the options I would have if that should occur. This is the kind of exceptional service I came to expect when I started going to Chadds Ford Dental Associates (years ago, when I worked nearby); now, though I have to travel by bus and train, I continue going there because the service is the best I've ever had.

No pressure to make a decision today and no pressure on how to proceed. My cleaning went very smoothly. I could hardly feel the work being done. X-rays also went great. Sometimes it is difficult to get the unit in place in your mouth. Not this time. Perfect fit on the first try.

Hygienist is very thorough, however did not get started until after 8:10 for an 8:00 appointment. I have to be out as soon as possible to open my own business. Had to rush and was late to open with an upset customer waiting. Don't see any reason to be running late for first scheduled appointment of the day.
