PA and audio was great, but the support staff was incredibly rude all 3 times I had to speak with them. Getting in is difficult and support staff makes it feel like you're doing something wrong by needing to see ORL. Then, when results come back you cannot talk to the doctor even after numerous requests for clarification. If the person providing results isn't educated enough to answer any questions and rudely says " well, I don't know anything about that," an educated PA or Doctor should be calling. Dr Wakstein and Dr Hollander are EXTREMELY caring, informational, easy to talk and I feel as though they truly listen to you. Their staff is AMAZING. They all make you feel like you are part of their family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!

Dr. Wakstein is awesome . #1 he listens #2 is thorough #3 down to earth. He treats you like family. I can’t say enough good about him.

These doctors are absolutely amazing. As is the staff. They are also some of the best plastic surgeons in the area. They work miracles.

The staff was courteous. The Doctor was actually running ahead so I got in early for my appointment. The Doctor was attentive thorough, and was genuinely interested in my problem and went over and above to solve it. All in all a very pleasent and surprising visit.

Very good practice with excellent Doctors.

I get allergy shots here. Staff is amazing. Always accommodating. Super friendly. And the doctors actually listen to my concerns.

I visited the Palmerton office and I found all the staff to be pleasant and profession from the time I checked in until I was seen by the PA. The nurse who checked my vital signs was competent and friendly. The PA who attended to me was very professional and competent. I was explained the procedure to be used and what to expect during the process and during my home care. I was seen on time and I was very pleased with my medical treatment. The doctors and audiologists in this practice are amazing! I have been going to this practice for over 10 years and I entrusted all of my children to their care and that speaks volumes! The office always gets me in when I need an appointment I never have a problem with same-day or next-day because of their multiple locations which are extremely convenient. The surgeons are surgically gifted, very professional, they answer all your questions they leave you feeling comfortable with diagnosis and treatment options, they make the children feel comfortable and they talked to my children as people they ask them questions they explain things in a way that they understand. Dr. Wakstein has an incredible bed side manner. He treats my son for both allergy injections and ear canal issues resulting in tubes. I feel very confident in the care he gives us. Highly recommend

I have great respect for Dr. Wakstein. He recently performed 2 surgeries on me, a major nasal polyp removal and septoplasty on me. My whole family just loves him. He also helped diagnose my sleep apnea. Now that my apnea and snoring is controlled my wife and I can sleep together again. Thank you Andy!

If you need an ENT, go to this Dr. He listens to you, he explains things, he doesn't treat you like a number. He is one of the most thorough Drs I've been to in years. I don't know why it took me so long to find him. If there was a ten star rating, I would give it. His office staff is also excellent, I called the Allentown office and the woman was so helpful. I actually ended up going to Palmerton, and everyone there was very friendly and helpful too. That says and means a lot.
