Truly a case of good fortune! I had an accident which pretty much destroyed my left jaw! When.i arrived at Jefferson, Dr Yampolsky was available and immediately started putting this "Humpty Dumpty" back together again! Each time he met with me, or my family, explanations were clear and precise. His "bedside" manner is and was exemplary! Two and one half years and some 10 surgeries later, nary a decerning eye can tell I EVER had a facial issue! Some folks are great designers, some are great athletes. Dr Yampolsky, is a BRILLIANT surgeon with superior people skills!

Dr. Yampolsky recently treated me for my Ameloblastoma. Even through his busy schedule, he made time for my family and I to educate us on the condition, go over the treatment plan and long term consequences. After meeting with him for the first time, we realized he was the best doctor in the region to get my surgery done. He had performed facial reconstructive surgery, and bone grafting from my leg. Unlike many other doctors, he is genuine, highly professional, and caring. Most importantly he never failed to follow up with his patients even months after the surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone who would need to have any kind of reconstructive surgery especially tumor reconstruction done. With no doubt, Dr. Yampolsky is the best doctor you would find in the area.

Dr. Yampolsky's recently treated one of my close family members for squamous cell carcinoma of the mouth. His background as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, as well as his additional fellowship training in microvascular and reconstructive surgery made him our first choice. Dealing with a diagnosis such as this can be devastating to a family. Having a surgeon like Dr. Yampolsky who intelligently plans, executes, and genuinely cares is the best reassurance a family can have.
