The secretaries were friendly, kind and treat us with professionalism. Dr. Polimeni not only treated my Mom with tenderness and kindness but went straight to the diagnosis. He referred my mother to have an MRI which was scheduled in two days and had the results the very same day… I will definitely recommend them. I had the worse experience ever at this place. The secretaries both of them were mad rude. I won’t ever come back to this place. They never showed respect. First of all I went early in the morning around 5 am. I asked if there was space for me in the list. They said no, and that I should come back at 3:00pm. I came back at 3:00pm and they said that if my name wasn’t on the list; I should come back next day. I obviously was very upset because the lady in the morning didn’t say anything about it. I let them know and they answered me “you either come tomorrow or we won’t take you” in a very rude attitude. I drove 40 minutes to get there twice just for them to have such a attitude with me. Was my Dr for many years maybe 15 , Dr Angel Polimeni is very smart , Have deep and intelligent conversations, unfortunately he doesn't take any kind of insurance, but one time he safe my live , my sugar was extremely high and he put me with some medicine in a room until my sugar get back to the normal levels, was very close to get a diabetic comma , also explained very good the consequences or side effect from some medicine , I have a big respect for him , he still charging believe or not the same amount for the last 20 years , I don't have any complaints with the staff , always educated people , his wife is a educated, nice and both are a good example as a couple , my respect Dr Polimeni , wife and staff .
