Everyone at the office are 5 star. From the staff answering the phone, to the hygienist and Dr. Santiago. I am so glad that I was referred to him.

Amazing in all ways. My very first appointment with Dr. Santiago’s office was an early emergency. My old root canal got infected 2 weeks before my initial consultation was scheduled. There were no openings for procedures, so Dr. Santiago and assistant Debbie took care of me after the other patients left. They were so kind, caring, professional and patient with me. Wonderful.

Dr Santiago performed a tooth extraction and implant. He is obviously an expert in this area. He explained all that would be done thoroughly and was very patient, thoughtful and took his time in answering questions to my satisfaction. I have a very small mouth opening, so it was challenging work. He did the procedures efficiently, expertly, calmly and pain free. His assistants, Debbie and Carolina are quite proficient and make sure the patient has everything needed. Plus they’re friendly and caring. Also - office staff excellent!!! I really don’t like getting dental work like this done but if necessary, I will definitely return to see Dr Santiago

Today was my initial visit with Dr Santiago and I was very happy with the way it went. Dr Santiago was very caring, understanding and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understood what he thought I should do and why. I am one of those people who has a great fear of the dentist and I did not feel that with him. I will need a few procedures done and I feel very confident that I truly do need them and that I am in very good hands. This was confirmed after I read his reviews.

Dr Santiago is remarkably beyond anything I've previously experienced (over the years, I've had gum surgeries a few times; not in FL). Not only excellent in technique & professionalism, but the care & kindness extended to me and also between members of the staff is exceptional. I've never witnessed such respect and pleasantries between a doctor and staff. Cleanliness rules and they are always on time, which is so respectful of the patient.

From the moment I called the office and scheduled my first appointment I knew I was in the right place. Dr Santiago and his staff are professional, knowledge and very kind! I am so glad I had my gum surgery with him and will recommend them to everyone I know!

I can not say enough about Dr. Santiago and his staff. I was referred to him by my dentist after tooth removal required and implant. I needed a bone graft as well as the implant, so from my very first visit to his office I knew that I was in very good hands. During the entire process Dr. Santiago not only did excellent work but also ensured me that my comfort was very important. On my first visit I mentioned I could feel just a little pain, but not much and he said "even a little pain is to much". I'm terrible with names but the ladies (techs. hygienist and assistants) on his team were fabulous. I had my last visit 2 weeks ago but I am going to continue to rotate my cleanings between Dr. Santiago and my regular dentist since I need it done every 3 months. I highly recommend Dr. Santiago. I found Dr. Santiago to be very patient and explain procedures very well. He was kind enough to make a follow up call after big procedure. His office staff remembered my name and his assistants are very nice and I don't have to wait for my appointment. I would recommend this office.
