Dr. Angela Leung

Very kind and flexible front office: They were able to schedule a last minute emergency wisdom tooth extraction for me on a Friday late afternoon. Dr. Leung was friendly and efficient. She ran tests to confirm the problem first instead of directly going ahead with the extraction. No one tried to upsell/ convince me to remove my other wisdom teeth along with the affected one. The extraction procedure was quick and painless. I didn't even need pain killers after the procedure. Recovery too was quite quick.

Amazing, caring and skilled, Dr Leung and her staff exemplify everything that is sought in a healer and lost all too often in a business. In my particular case, she saw me on short notice, evaluated a problem that I had left unaddressed since last year, explained several options she could provide and implemented the one which best addressed my specific situation.

If you go to Dr. Leung, your mouth will be in safe and trustworthy hands. At every step of care, she readily displays her expertise and care. She makes it a point to involve her patients, asking questions (both about your mouth and to make conversation) and answering whatever queries you have with detailed yet digestible information. Unlike many dentists, there was not one hint of judgement when I was in Dr. Leung's office. She delivered recommendations with a supportive and encouraging tone devoid of the implied criticism of my old dentist. I cannot recommend Dr. Leung strongly enough.

Dr. Leung was amazing when I had an emergent situation over the holidays and my regular dentist was out of town. She fit me into the schedule and was very proactive in trying to find out what was contributing to my somewhat unusual situation. Professional, clean and forward thinking.

When I came in to have my stitches removed from implant surgery, multiple staff and Dr. Leung were not wearing masks. They do not prioritize the health and lives of their patients. I would have left it at that, but the following week, the newly installed implant fell out. Just fell out. I will have it redone by another dentist. Don't get your implant work done at this clinic.

Recently had a root canal and tooth extracted by Dr. Leung. She's extremely patient, knowledgeable and explains well in layman's terms which allowed me to make an informed decision. Dr. personally followed up post surgery added trustworthiness. Billing is very transparent so there's no sticker shock. Very quick to get an appointment. Highly recommended.

This was the most painful teeth-cleaning I’ve ever had. I made it clear how much the cleaning hurt and the doctor just continued. Terrible experience. Also, their policy is that it costs $35 to send x-rays to another dentist which is unreasonable for sending a simple email.

I was referred to Dr. Leung as a root canal specialist. My back molar was cracked in half from one side to the other and through the root, very painful. She explained what my best move forward should be. Photography and X-rays of my tooth, combined with her expertise in explaining the issue, I decided to have the tooth extracted and an implant put in for a crown. The procedure went great. I just had 2 root canals done yesterday. I was very nervous since I’ve had other root canals done with a different dentist (and it was either painful because I wasn’t given enough numbing or it took very long), and I was anticipating it to be horrible since I needed the root canals on 2 molars. I went to Dr Leung since my regular dentist couldn’t do it and I saw 5 stars on Google reviews. This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had as far as root canals go. To be honest, Dr Leung looks so much like Christina Yang from Grey’s Anatomy that I was lowkey fangirling. Her personality and demeanor was amazing. She was so confident and made me feel so safe and I really felt like she was going to take care of me and make sure I didn’t gag (I have a huge fear of gagging). The root canal, crown extension and post that was recommended by my Dentist, but my Dental Insurance Company would only cover it if the procedure was performed in more than one visit. The Endodontist that performed my previous Root Canal, refused to do this procedure in several stages, possibly seeing ONLY his benefit. You completed the prescribed work in a timely and satisfactory fashion and made me comfortable at every step. Friendly folks, worked efficiently. Root canals are never fun, but this one was quite pleasant, all things considered.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Leung. She has done several root canals for me and each one was done to perfection. By that I mean my level of comfort was great from dealing with the front office to experiencing Dr. Leung's expert care. My dentist always recommends Dr. Leung for these types procedures.

I have been going to Dr. Leung for about 20 years, and I will continue to have her take care of my dental needs.

The last time I was in a dentist chair, was back in 1973. That was in my home town of New York City. The reason i never went back. That dentist was a butcher and traumatized me @ the age of 18. Fast forward i finally got tired @ looking at my missing teeth. Got up enough courage to get my entire mouth fixed. I've been embarrassed to look at a pretty lady and smile back. Like any smart consumer I did my due diligence . I visited 3 Endodontics office's and didn't like there attitudes. All of the 3 who will remain nameless. None of them took, time out to ask questions. As to why was I was wanting the procedure. What was my budget etc. All they were concerned about, was the method of paying for the procedure. All 3 were quick about extracting the teeth. So they made me become very leery. Until i saw Dr. Leung interview on youtube. I'm a native New Yorker and i can read people really quick. Just by watching and looking @ her body language. It made me comfortable and curious. It took me several months later to setup a consultation. The staff was very welcoming and professional. They made you feel rite at home. When i was introduced to Dr. Leung she made me feel really comfortable. She asked all the right questions. What i like about Dr. Leung, she didn't sugar coat anything. Dr. Leung is very methodical. She explained to me in detail ,what her game plan was for me. I told her my story about, the last dentist i visited. Dr. Leung took all that into consideration. I was really nervous the day of my teeth extraction. Dr. Leung explained to me what she was going to do. How long the procedure would take. The whole extraction took an hour and i was out of the chair. The following morning Dr. Leung called me. I was totally surprised. Because i wasn't expecting her call. Dr. Leung explained to me, this is what. She does with all of her patients. Once she's done a procedure. Dr. Leung wants to make sure your okay. This past Wednesday the 25th. Dr. Leung did my implant procedure. I had to cancel twice before due to my blood pressure reading. First words out of Dr. Leung mouth was. My main concern is your well being. The procedure under normal circumstances takes 2 hours. But Dr. Leung was being very cautious and it took 6 hours. Again this all had to do with my blood pressure reading. Needless to say the procedure was a total success . Again late last night, i get a call from Dr. Leung. Asking me how I'm doing etc. I told her how much i really appreciated her call. I've been with Dr. Leung going on about a year. What I've learned about Dr. Leung. She is a genuine person. She REALLY cares about all her patients. She pours her heart and soul into her profession. My only regret I've should have done this years ago. In a couple of months i will have my implant completed. Thanks to Dr. Leung I'll have a new lease on life. I can look forward to a healthier life. I lost my front tooth when I was chewing on something hard. My crown from my first root canal popped right off and the rod had snapped. This tooth finally bit it, or well didn't bite it. This is the moment I knew that I would need an implant. I went to my regular dentist to get my stay plate and wanted to wait till after the 2019 holiday to start the process. Then everything went nuts in 2020 and I found myself wearing that stay plate and not having a tooth for over a year. I am just happy that their was no root, so I didn't really need to have it pulled right away. Within that time Dr. Leung had seen my husband who had managed to crack his tooth and needed an extraction and a bone graph for a future implant. She managed to see him two days after the accident. She is the only one that numbed him properly, which no other dentist managed to do. He has some weird nerve situation going on in his mouth, so it usually is really difficult. I was so impressed with how she treated my husband, who is actually on the autism spectrum, that I couldn't resist going to her office myself. Now I have received my implant and it looks wonderful. Dr. Leung is confident in her abilities and she should be. Her office staff are so nice and worked with us on our payments and even talked to us about what kind of dental plan is best to get for our new company, when we are ready to start hiring. I can't tell her enough how appreciative and thankful I am that she helped me get my confidence back as I can now eat and enjoy a social life again. Going into an office and trusting a dentist to help with such an important procedure was a difficult decision to just get myself there, but I am so glad that I did it! Dr. Leung is straight-forward and tells you the truth. She is very honest and in the second time that I've met her, I completely trust being in her care and her recommendations.

I used to hate going to the dentist, but Doctor Leung is very personable and easy to talk to. It has been always a pleasure to visit the office, with her lovely staffs; I feel very welcomed and always get my dental work done. Never thought I would be able to walk out of a dental office without having pain or in tears. I have always been scared and nervous for dental visits because of the dental drill sounds.
