I was seen by Dr. Crosby the last two visits. He is very pleasant, explains things so that I can understand what's going on, and is gentle. I feel very comfortable dealing with him and will not hesitate to return.

I've been to another dermatologist locally for the same reason. I'm from out of state and not used to doctors who are afraid to be within 10 feet of their patient. I'm just astounded by their fear and worry of going beyond their allotted 10 minutes per patient per office visit. The nurse and Dr. Crosby at Epiphany took the time to listen and really see me as an individual. They advised, asked pertinent questions, took pics for later comparison, answered my questions and admitted that a little more time and certain actions would help all of us determine what was going on. At the age of 60 I've been going through acne issues for the past 2 years that are worse than when I was in my teens. I'm more hopeful about a positive, informed diagnosis and treatment. Caring, on-time staff. Willing to work with patient.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Staff was very professional, made me feel comfortable during my exam and took the time to answer my questions.

Had 2 rather larges patches of skin removed by Dr. Petropolis a few years back. One was turned out to be melanoma. Been going back every 6 months since then. Had the Blue Light treatment for the top of my head and get various per-cancerous things burned off at almost every visit. I amd a fair skinned red head and the AZ sun is no friend to my skin. My husband saw Katie Herzog, PA these past few times but we both have been very happy with Dr Matthew Crosby, MD too.

All in all a great first visit. Staff was friendly and helpful and my exam went great. I wish doctor's weren't on such a hurried schedule though.

I made an appointment to have some pre-cancerous spots taken checked out. The staff was very friendly and the PA explained what needed to be done. The wait wasn't long and the procedures was done quickly. Great place to go for dermatology needs. I'll go again next year!

Dr. Crosby has always been very thorough. And, any time that I have needed an appointment, they went out of their way to accommodate me. I recommend Ephipany, especially Dr Crosby, who I have always seen.

I have seen Dr. Petropolis for over 20 years. I trust him implicitly with my skin.

All's good. The medication Dr Crosby prescribed seems to have worked and now I'm good until next year!

Angelo A Petropolis, MD is a true professional. He has provided care for my family over 20 years. My father who is currently 89 has had numerous surgeries to prevent and remove skin cancer. I have had numerous treatments and precancerous skin cell removals and like my father would recommend this facility and doctors to anyone seeking preventative effective care. The staff I encountered during my appointment at Epiphany Dermatology were very friendly and professional. Dr. Crosby and Andrea provided my treatment with skill and expertise. Highly recommend this practice.

I had a skin removal procedure done and it went smooth. Everything was clean, staff were friendly and the procedure was fast. They made sure to take their time and use plenty of numbing. Now the stitches just need to heal and do their job. I had zero anxiety during the procedure due to Dr. Katie being so awesome.

This was my first visit with Dr. P. Very efficient, respectful and quick. Highly recommend him and his staff,who are also helpful and respectful.

Dr. Crosby did a thorough, careful job for me, while continually checking on my comfort. Every member of the staff I interacted with was personable, friendly and caring.

Very little wait time to see the specialist. They were very kind and thoughtful and did not treat me like a old person. Most medical field employees have condescending attitudes toward older people and think they are slow to understand and talk to you in a loud voice like you are a five year old.

I would like to say: "Visiting is always a pleasure." But I never find it a pleasure to visit a doctor's office for obvious reasons. However, Dr. Crosby always seems to make me comfortable, and his sense of humor is special. Thanks to him and his staff.

Very impressed with Dr. Matthew Crosby. Personable, with excellent communication in all aspects of his attendance to a patient's issues. Wait times were surprisingly short and all staff interaction was pleasing as well.
